Went earlier today for the first time. It was recommended by numerous coworkers. They were not wrong! Great, fast service! Wonderful work!

My encounter with this place was not good at all. I was seated quickly which a good thing. Once I was seated at the bowl for a pedicure 5 mins went by and no one came, 2 other guest came in & was seated. The servers began to run their water tor pedicures and give them the color palette books for their services. I then ask, why are they being serviced b4 me. Staff said they had appointments. I then asked the ppl if they had appointments and they said NO. So one them came over to run me some water for my pedicure. In the middle of running the water, the owner(I assume) came over and told the tech that I had to move to another chair because he had a couple to come in and wanted to sit together. So I had to get the water drain out and and move over to another chair. Bottom line this has just not been a great nor good experience for me. I WILL NOT BE BACK!! read more

will never be coming back here. just left from getting my nails fixed and of course they charged me. part of my nail doesn't even have the coat on it and they're ridiculously thick and they're not even the same shape. the employees have the time don't even care how they look or what i want. he was gonna put an entire different color on my nails before i said something since i wasn't even asked what color i got on them. read more

I don't know why i continue to come here. Every time i have gotten the SNS dip powder-nails they break within a couple of days. They do not do them thick like they should. They shape them to where they almost look concaved in. The nails are flimsy and not put on well at all. This happened ONE DAY after i got them done. read more

I came to get a pedicure, waited about 20 minutes before anyone started on me and when she did she never spoke to me. She was very rough the entire time and was talking to someone through her AirPods. She rushed through everything and she also had a cold and kept coughing on my legs never covered her mouth or anything. Absolutely terrible service. I won't be back again. read more

I have no idea why there is so many low reviews! I have been coming here for almost 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is kind and never rushes even if there is a lot of people waiting. They care to do a good job and have never fussed when I have asked them to fix something, change my mind ab a color, nail shape, etc. The prices are affordable and they offer a student discount. I don't know how this place stays in business. My daughter and I went there yesterday. She just wanted a colour change and I wanted/needed a fill for my acrylic nails. My latest manicure was the ombré technique which I love. When we arrived, my daughter was directed to a chair and the "host" yelled over my head to somebody who appeared from a back room. The young man who came seemed like he had been sleeping. I tried to explain what I wanted, but the language barrier was perhaps too much to hurdle. He kept saying "pick colour " and I said that I just wanted the same as what I had. He produced a very tattered set of painted nails from which to choose my colour. Nowhere to be seen were examples of the ombré style. Since my daughter was already in the process of getting her nails done, I just said that I would wait and get mine done at my own salon when I get home in a few days. I had a pedicure done there several months ago on a previous visit and it was done satisfactorily. Maybe that's all they are capable of doing. My daughter's manicure, as simple as it was, still needed repair when we returned home. Several nails had sharp, ragged edges that needed a gentle filing. So, that would be two thumbs down from me. The worst experience EVER ! Let me start off by saying I am a hard working person who goes to school and works full time. Therefore, my time and money are both very valuable to me; however I still make time every 2 weeks to get my nails done (acrylic with gel polish). I have given numerous nail technicians and different salons a chance over the years and when this salon opened up, it was no different. Both times I visited this hell hole, I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. The first time I entered satan's den it was the grand opening weekend, even thought they were brand new everyone still seemed like they hated their job. The most recent experience was Saturday (1/27/2018). I, again wasn't greeted, was the first to enter and had to wait for a technician to arrive. Waiting wasn't the issue, when he finally did arrive he just sat down and started to work. Before arriving, I looked at the price list on the website, so my total should have been about $33 bc I had a broken nail. Overall he did a decent job but once he was done and explained my total was $45 for a FILL IN, gel polish, repair, and length, I was furious because he stated that it was the length and the only time i've paid for length if it is a full set which I could have gotten for this price. Fast forward to today (1/31/18) @ 11:00 am. I go back because I broke another nail which I didn't notice until I was taking notes in class so I obviously wasn't doing any strenuous activities to cause this break. So he states that it wasn't his fault and he has to charge me $3 for the repair. I did not feel as though I should have had to pay 5 days after spending almost $50 on a fill in. After re-explaining that I shouldn't have to pay but I would like it to be fixed I sit down and tell him to soak it since I have to pay $3.....he then says "oh honey it $5 for length". At this point I am so pissed I say well just forget it and leave without getting the repair. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR DEAL IS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR IF THEY JUST ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR OWN LIFE TO WHERE THEY HAVE TO BE SO RUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS TO FEEL SOME TYPE OF SATISFACTION....I have no clue. I advise you to waste your money somewhere else !!!! read more

horrible service . came for a pedicure and the guy that did it was extremely fast and i did not enjoy my pedicure at all . he removed skin from my toe which now looks like a hole on the side of my toe . pinched my skin several times and didn't do everything included in the package . did not polish the complete toenail . polish was done horribly read more
