The only problem I ever have is trying to get in for the urgent stuff as they are usually booked out for a couple of days in advance, this means you do have to keep your wits about you and not expect them to drop everything for your emergency. Excellent clean workshop with people who know what they are talking about and not trying to rip you off. A full list of works is supplied with every invoice showing you exactly what was done, they also call you should you require any further work before proceeding for acceptance of cost associated.
