When I went today for my last treatment the office manager gal said I already had my 8 treatments and we argued for a couple minutes and I ultimately got screwed out of a $200 treatment. I would have argued harder but the fact is the Softwave machine gimmick didn't work. I can't comment on the back crackers adjustments - he may be great but the Softwave and office manager do terrible jobs.

Two hours from the time I got there until the time I left…read more The best part of the experience was the gal at the front desk, who was very kind and professional, and a tv screen with underwater scenes - which was so calming in an office. None of that chiro information nonsense that no one cares to look at or read! The doctors were pleasant, but they crammed too many appointments in a day, and reading other reviews, that seems to be the norm. No one wants to sit in a chair and wait and wait and wait. I'd only go back if there was no where else to go. They need to cut out enough appointments that they aren't needing to apologize to every patient throughout the day. Putting money over patient care means losing more and more patients.
