OMG, Dr. Smith has been our go to guy for years now. He is phenomenal. Despite having a new shoulder & hip, I always feel comfortable and well because of him. He really knows his work, how to put things back in place, and keep them there. He is my go to guy for staying in good shape and fixes everything! read more

None of that chiro information nonsense that no one cares to look at or read! The doctors were pleasant, but they crammed too many appointments in a day, and reading other reviews, that seems to be the norm. No one wants to sit in a chair and wait and wait and wait. I'd only go back if there was no where else to go. They need to cut out enough appointments that they aren't needing to apologize to every patient throughout the day. Putting money over patient care means losing more and more patients.

They didn't do any adjustments, just took x-rays. When I came back a few days later, they were running 40 minutes behind. I got moved from one waiting room to another waiting room, then put into an office and had to wait longer. Dr. Andy finally came in and pulled up my xrays and told me to scroll through them and let him know if I have any questions, then he left the room to go adjust another patient. Over an hour after my scheduled appointment time, he finally came into the room and sat down to review my xrays. He rushed through them, then told me to wait again for someone to come in and talk about billing before I got adjusted. The girl that came in was unable to give me any helpful information about what I might owe. She just kept saying, "you should be good, but they might come back and say you owe something and we'll let you know." She was not transparent about any of their pricing, even after I asked how much the xrays would cost during my first visit. After an hour and a half past my appointment time of my second visit, I still hadn't gotten adjusted, so I asked how much longer it was going to be. The lady said she wasn't sure because the doctor was with a new patient. At that point I got up and walked out. There's something off about this place. I can't tell if it's genuine incompetency or if they're trying to be sneaking, but I'm not sticking around to find out.

Our friend, who is receiving occupational and physical therapy, is doing good and the interactions that we see with her and the Solaris team are ones of a truly caring nature. We've gone with our friend to her physical and occupational therapy, and we feel that those teams are engaged, giving their patients the best chance for a good recovery. My mom recently had to enter a skilled nursing facility for rehabilitation following a…read morehospitalization due to severe illness. This location is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very kind and takes great care of her. She receives physical, occupational and speech therapy multiple times per week. She is also provided meals 3 times per day, which are designed to fit her dietary needs as prescribed by her individual needs as she progresses through her medical plan. Family and friends are encouraged to visit and take part in the healing process. All rooms in this facility are single as well, as to provide individual care and privacy. While my mom is ready to come she knows she is getting the care she needs to prepare her to get there.
