I ended up choosing Enchanted because the price was good compared to the others. Now I understand why their pricing is lower compared to the other vendors. The photographer and videographer were nice and did their job capturing raw footage. However, I was under the impression that the photographer who attends the wedding would also handle the editing and Photoshop work, but that was not the case. Instead, the editing seems to be outsourced to a low-budget team, which was reflected in the quality of the photos. The corrections and retouching lacked professionalism and it show in the final results. This seems to be how they keep costs down, though it was never mentioned upfront--had I known, I would not have proceeded. The bigger issue is that because so much of the work is outsourced, there's no real communication or connectivity throughout the process within their teams, leaving me with disappointing results. They also didn't complete my short video properly. Random audio was assigned without my approval, and no one followed up with me. On top of that, their coordination was poor. Emails came from multiple addresses, coordinators were often "out of office," and updates felt random and inconsistent. Now they're even asking to fill out a survey in exchange for a $25 gift card. Your wedding photos and videos are some of the most important keepsakes of your special day. I regret not choosing a more reputable vendor, even if it meant paying more.

I do not recommend for multiple reasons.  First being lack of communication, I would go weeks-months without a response. I saw this mentioned in some reviews, however those reviews also noted that they received good pictures at the end and chalked it up to her being a busy photographer.  My package included a boudoir or engagement session, I chose the boudoir session as we live in Florida and I planned to do the boudoir session while in NJ for my bridal shower. I coordinated my hair trial, make up, nails, bought new lingerie and accessories for the shoot. I arrived at her home/studio, texted to let her know I arrived, with no response, I called and when she answered she let me know the session was supposed to be cancelled due to flooding in her studio. At this point we had a conversation and she assured me communication would be better and I would be reimbursed from the boudoir costs. I made the decision to continue with her as my photographer since this happened in June and wedding would be in august. Come wedding day, she arrived solo. I paid extra for second shooter. Another person arrived shortly after, however that person was there to hold the camera. The 2nd person told my mom that she was there to "help out" and therefore she did not provide 2nd shooter POV. Due to this, everything felt rushed, we missed out on photos that I had requested because Sarah was doing all photos herself and the photos we do have are from one perspective, rather than having photos of both of our faces while reading vows we have the back of my head and his face or vice versa. Everything was rushed because Sarah could only do one group at a time, so while she was doing groomsmen pics I wasn't doing anything, and vice versa.  I have no idea what time she left the venue, which is not a big deal but we had discussed a timeline in order to get pictures in the venue and during golden hour, none of this happened, most likely due to her being the only shooter. I have no photos of me and my husband in our venue (The Mansion on Main Street) , which was absolutely gorgeous. Didn't get any photos with my grandmother which I requested. Idk what the point of me sending the shot list was. We don't even have a creative detail shot/flat lay when I laid everything out on the table to be included. Moving forward to the pictures we received, I've honestly avoided really looking at them after initially receiving and I'm just so disappointed. I'm fairly certain she sent me every single picture she snapped irregardless of it being compete trash/blurry. There were no attempts to edit past a pre-set that must've been applied to all the photos (ex:bright yellow curb markings, scaffolding, portapotties) and some of the shots look like the camera was crooked.  If you read this far, I'm assuming you are considering her as your photographer. Just remember, wedding day pictures are once in a lifetime - you cannot get those shots again.

Her first email communications seemed professional and legit when we booked the appointment. After that many emails went unresponded to so much so that we didn't even know if the session was still happening until the last minute. When Kaity finally showed up she was frazzled, didn't seem to know what she was doing at all, or how to manage the situation. She had us meet her on the beach on the windiest day of the summer. It was such a disaster that I finally had to demand we leave and try to take pictures back at our vacation home, because everyone's hair was blowing all over the place and taking one good photo would have been impossible. Back at the house things improved, but also seemed very hurried, she didn't seem to have command of anything, and the situation seemed like a big old mess. After the shoot Kaity demanded payment without even so much as a preview of the photos. Since this was all we had for this vacation, my sister decided to just pay her so she could at least salvage some cute pictures of her kids. I have to say, with complete and total honesty, these were the worst photos I have ever seen in my life. WORST EVER. Completely unprofessional, we all looked horrendous, there was not one good shot taken at all, almost as if she didn't try, or likely took an online photography class and purchased a fancy camera. We also expressed that we are typically used to seeing a link with previews prior to paying full price, but she insisted so we complied. Big mistake. Do yourself, and your family a favor and go get a disposable camera from CVS, turn off all the lights so you and your family are standing in a dark room and then take some pictures. I promise they will come out better than anything Kaity Atzert can take for you, and you'll have saved yourself a completely wasted 225 bucks. But hey, what can you expect from the Jersey Shore....
