They took our wedding pictures on April 29th, 2016 and they also took pictures for our save the dates months before that. They were recommended to me by my maid of honor (who is good friends with them and has taken pictures with them before as well) and I couldn't have been happier with me choice. So, where do I begin? First, these two are so much fun. They respond to every question I had, consoled me when I was stressed, made me laugh when I was worried and helped keep me organized. Carrie is definitely the logistical one of the group which is great because it allows Hector to do his thang lol Next, they used a drone at our wedding. Let me repeat that, they used a DRONE at our wedding. How cool is that?! How many people can say their photographer used a drone at someone's wedding? It was a really cool experience and got us a lot of amazing shots. Along with this, Hector and Carrie were very flexible. I had an emergency happen with my salon which changed the scheduling completely. When I explained this to them, they went our of their way to make sure they were there with me when I needed them. They started earlier than their contract stated and stayed in the hotel in order to give me what I wanted. They also stayed hours later so they could keep taking pictures. Words cannot explain what that meant to us. My guests were telling me they were crawling around on the floor taking pictures, twisting and contorting in weird angels to get the right shot and I knew when I heard that we had made the right choice with picking them for our wedding. Only a true artist would go through that to get the perfect shot. Our wedding was a very different wedding. It was Doctor Who and War Machine themed. In order to understand us and our theme, they watched episodes of Doctor Who and looked up information about War Machine. I've never heard someone do that much work to get to know a couple and their wedding. They told me this was their first big wedding and I couldn't be more honored to help give them a step in growing their business. We found Kaity online searching for a photographer in the Brigantine area while we were vacationing…read morethere over the summer. Her first email communications seemed professional and legit when we booked the appointment. After that many emails went unresponded to so much so that we didn't even know if the session was still happening until the last minute. When Kaity finally showed up she was frazzled, didn't seem to know what she was doing at all, or how to manage the situation. She had us meet her on the beach on the windiest day of the summer. It was such a disaster that I finally had to demand we leave and try to take pictures back at our vacation home, because everyone's hair was blowing all over the place and taking one good photo would have been impossible. Back at the house things improved, but also seemed very hurried, she didn't seem to have command of anything, and the situation seemed like a big old mess. After the shoot Kaity demanded payment without even so much as a preview of the photos. Since this was all we had for this vacation, my sister decided to just pay her so she could at least salvage some cute pictures of her kids. I have to say, with complete and total honesty, these were the worst photos I have ever seen in my life. WORST EVER. Completely unprofessional, we all looked horrendous, there was not one good shot taken at all, almost as if she didn't try, or likely took an online photography class and purchased a fancy camera. We also expressed that we are typically used to seeing a link with previews prior to paying full price, but she insisted so we complied. Big mistake. Do yourself, and your family a favor and go get a disposable camera from CVS, turn off all the lights so you and your family are standing in a dark room and then take some pictures. I promise they will come out better than anything Kaity Atzert can take for you, and you'll have saved yourself a completely wasted 225 bucks. But hey, what can you expect from the Jersey Shore....

I spent a significant amount of time searching for a photographer and videographer, and Enchanted…read morewas one of the vendors recommended by my venue. I ended up choosing Enchanted because the price was good compared to the others. Now I understand why their pricing is lower compared to the other vendors. The photographer and videographer were nice and did their job capturing raw footage. However, I was under the impression that the photographer who attends the wedding would also handle the editing and Photoshop work, but that was not the case. Instead, the editing seems to be outsourced to a low-budget team, which was reflected in the quality of the photos. The corrections and retouching lacked professionalism and it show in the final results. This seems to be how they keep costs down, though it was never mentioned upfront--had I known, I would not have proceeded. The bigger issue is that because so much of the work is outsourced, there's no real communication or connectivity throughout the process within their teams, leaving me with disappointing results. They also didn't complete my short video properly. Random audio was assigned without my approval, and no one followed up with me. On top of that, their coordination was poor. Emails came from multiple addresses, coordinators were often "out of office," and updates felt random and inconsistent. Now they're even asking to fill out a survey in exchange for a $25 gift card. Your wedding photos and videos are some of the most important keepsakes of your special day. I regret not choosing a more reputable vendor, even if it meant paying more.
