They go over the ratio of allowed kids per classroom. They don't provide any actual activities for kids to do 80% of the time. The classroom calendar on their wall? Yeah that's a lie. Your kid will spend 80% of their time being yelled at, dealing with the unruly kids we weren't allowed to report, probably getting hurt due to how overcrowded and understaffed the rooms are, being fed awful food that barely fits health standards and playing with worn toys. We aren't allowed to write injury reports, even for head injuries, for some inane reason. Or rather, a day care worker will request one and we'll never get it. I dont even understand why this daycare is overcrowded. Even the kids know there is a larger Jamboree daycare down the road in San Benito they could be at. If you leave your kid here, they will be miserable.

He was very behind with talking so I thought enrolling him in a daycare would help him. Patty and the other lady were constantly telling me how behind in speech he was, how he didn't like to share, and how he would not listen when they would put him in "time out." My son had never been taught at home what "time out" was so he would get frustrated that they were making him sit in a chair in a corner by himself. He simply did not understand. One day the owner Patty called me that there had been an "incident." My husband immediately went to pick up our son and when he arrived at the day care my son had a big welt on his forehead and was crying. Patty told my husband that our son would not stay in the time out chair so they put him in another room by himself (which happened to not have any cameras) and said he began to throw a tantrum and accidentally hit his head on the computer desk. That was the last day my son ever attended there. Patty claims no fault for anything and the worst part is she never even sounded sorry. She only ever was defensive about her actions. These women should not be owning a daycare. We moved our son to Smarty Pants daycare and within six months his vocabulary was flourishing and he continued to thrive there!

TL;DR: Very unprofessional. Didn't do my stuff in the time frame and did it day of when I came…read moreback. Almost got someone else's pants back. Very unprofessional. Went there to get some pants hemmed on a Wednesday. Put them on, pinned them up, said they'd be done next Friday. No biggy right? All should be good? Wrong. I had to go out of town unexpectedly that next Thursday and tried to call the number on the listing to alert him to find out the number was disconnected/not updated. No biggy, I'll just see him when I get back and I'm sure he'll understand right? Well fast forward to the next Tuesday (the week after I was supposed to pick them up), to find the open sign lit up with no one there. Call the number on the sign outside to find this time it works. Well, he doesn't remember me, sounds confused, and said he'd be there in like 5 minutes. Gets there, we go in, and to find out, HE HASNT EVEN DONE THE HEM. Almost 2 weeks and never touched it. He hands me some pants that look like mine to get them hemmed again because it seemed like the pins came out, but to find out, they weren't even mine! My pants were on some clothes pile hung over the dressing room door. Not marked. Not notated as to who's who's. Nothing. The only reason I found them is because the brand they were and they stuck out to me when I went looking. He hemmed them there, left some kind of stain or some liquid on a part of the legs and everything. Which I took to the cleaners after to get cleaned. Then, after everything said and done, ask me to rate him 5 stars. Very unprofessional and will find any other service out in HRL to go to next time instead.

He always answers our questions we might have during all of his visits and he is always very professional. I highly recommend Orkin for your next pest control company. He explained to me unlike other regular "mom and pop" pest control companies who use the same pesticide in every visit, Orkin will utilize a different one.
