I taught my kids how to spell their first names and they came home after 2 weeks at daycare spelling their last name as well, singing about sharing, and really counting objects (you know, pointing and counting one by one instead of just saying random numbers ). I recommended Kingdom Kidz to a friend of mine with a newborn as well. She's been bringing her daughter for the last 3 months and says her daughter always comes home happy! I talked to a psychologist and because my house and the daycare are the only environments she's in this one recommended me to take my 19 months old to the kids bathroom that they have in the daycare so I could see her reaction. She started to freak out as soon the teacher opened this door for me. As a mother I got really worried so my decision was to take my baby out of here. The owner got really offended and she was kinda rude when she told me the true about the cameras that they were never working because she has more important things to do that fixing them! I asked about the cameras more than one time and she never told me this. There was always an excuse. I'm sorry but for me the most important thing is my daughter's safety and for them as a daycare this should matter too!

Our first day, when we walked in they said "This must be Ella!"...this was a huge difference from the first day at the other daycare where no one was there to let me in the building. They are accurate with bottle feeding times and amount, diaper changes, and nap times. They send you a daily report about the activities she did and also how these activities help with her development. We also get a photo each day around lunch time! In addition to the great environment, the owner is also extremely down to earth and flexible with allowing you to chose your child's schedule based on availability (many centers we've visited have not been so accommodating). They focus not only on strong academics, but also on social emotional learning and important life skills to succeed as an adult. My kids beg to go to school and love giving big hugs to the principal when they see her. But unlike every previous time, her clothes weren't bagged and sent home -- they were laundered at the daycare and returned to us days later, still stained. That alone didn't follow their usual process and immediately raised red flags. Then on Thursday, we discovered our daughter's clothing had been removed while she was in the nap room -- the only area in the building without camera coverage. She would have been asleep, and there was no valid reason for her clothes to be taken off. What makes this even more disturbing is that our concerns are verifiable: we compared the photos the teachers uploaded in the parent portal. In the morning, her button-up shirt was on the correct way. By evening, it was reversed. Yet the explanation we received was that our 20-month-old somehow changed her own clothes during nap time, or we dressed her the wrong way and they didn't correct it. That response is not only dismissive -- it's unreasonable. We met with Shannon twice, and both times she showed no empathy. When we asked how she would feel in our position, she said she "couldn't put herself in our shoes." There's been no transparency, no accountability, and no apology -- just deflection and blame. It sounds like a trivial thing, but I think it's critical. The staff are amazing, they really do get to know the kids and you can tell they care about them. They are also great at listening to parents and partnering with them regarding their child's care. None of the usual BS I hear happening at other daycares.. This place is amazing, and since we've moved from Indiana I have failed to find a daycare that compares and meets my expectations like this one did.
