The restaurant is air conditioned with plenty of free parking. The service is fast and the food is hot and freshly cooked. The toilets are clean and there are excellent baby changing facilities that are not in the womens toilet, making life easier for the harassed Dad and there is also wi-fi access available. He, his wife and children (toddlers at the time) were such wonderful people. No Chinese place in America (that I've had) can compare to Rising Star. So many times I have wished to travel back to the UK just for my favorite meal "Spiced Smoked Chicken". None of the Chinese people with restaurants , in any if the States I've lived in, have heard of it. I'm sure it's just as delicious as in 2000 so I give 5 STARS :-)
