The location itself is super clean inside and well run, I'm pretty sure I've dealt with the same guy at the location who just dropped of my delivery, might even be the owner and he was GREAT! Super kind, approachable, and knows how to treat his customers. I'll continue to shop here because in 2026 customer service is dead BUT not at the Frosted Nug. Customer service is alive and well here and I truly appreciate it! Highly recommend everything about this place, from the establishment, the staff, and the bud! Great prices as well! The owner and his wife both work there they are so unbelievably friendly. He has been there since 2008 and is a local community staple. They have just recently remodeled and expanded into the building next to them to provide a wider selection of products. They have a customer loyalty point system for the reoccurring shoppers that can collect points for discounts. If he does not have what you're looking for he will order anything you want. They have few employees, but they are all very loyal and very, very friendly. I enjoy visiting this place on a daily basis. They are also still currently expanding their selection of smoking apparatus and more. Their cigarettes and items are discounted based upon the points system and the buy one get one discount. Their prices are very reasonable, and cheaper than the local convenience stores.
