Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available. That's a big advantage in ordering custom handmade furniture.

The shop was in a bit of a remodel stage when we were there, but they had everything well organized and were very helpful. In the back they had wood, door and stained glass. While nothing was cheap, I did think the prices seemed fair. My wife chatted with the owner and he said he could fix old door locks. They had plenty of old door knobs and old locks if you just want to replace them. I will definitely have to come back with some projects in mind and a vehicle to load stuff into. They even searched their old stock & refurbished one specifically to suit one of our doors. American industry once provided quality iron and brass goods that work like a dream 100-130 years later. Far better to use than the cheap import copies of today, with name like "heritage" or "restoration". We've tried those and they all broke within 1 - 3 years. At Riley's, you're not going to find your highest and, custom-made, handcrafted furniture. What you will find is durable, Quality Furniture at an affordable price that is perfect for a growing Family. We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping. Up front is the sales gallery. Didn't stay long, because we were in for cleaning, but there were a lot of options and the ones I saw were really lovely. Head round the back for cleaning. Pull right up to the door for load and unload. I went twice and there was a line both times! I never considered how many people here have area rugs for cleaning. They'll do all sizes. It takes about 2 weeks to turn around (not entirely certain why people are surprised by this....). If you drop your rugs off, you get 20% off the standard price. If you don't have a big enough vehicle, they'll do pick up and drop off for you, but aren't available same day. They offer several levels of cleaning depending on how clean/dirty you think your rugs are. Drop off and pick up were quick. I haven't unrolled the rugs yet (packed for moving), but I was pleased with the process, and, frankly, impressed with the size of the operation.

Financing is available. Cons: Small location makes the display of appliances seem a little cluttered, but that is not so bad. Delivery fees seem high to me... Prices seem a bit high for what is offered. Note: The salesman admitted to me that they buy used/discarded (i.e. refurbished appliances) from a Big Box retailer (you can guess). These are the applainces the retailer removes for free when you buy a new fridge or washer. So, you are basically getting someone else's headache with a very limited warranty. It is not necessarily a bad business concept, but it is one that is inherently compaint-laden simply due to the products being offered.
