I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the work was warranties so if there was a problem he would not have to come back here. Well... after I dropped it off to him a week later it had a small problem. He took it locally in FL and told him he would be reimbursed by calling the 800 number. I stopped in at Carolina Automotive to get a copy of the original receipt and they reimbursed me completely without having to call the number. Road Force is a standard practice at Discount, Ford, Toyota and many other reputable tire dealers ask around, there is a difference in balance and road force (which is radial runout of a tire) Then he asked to charge me $200 because of the "extra work" I required. I was told after the inspection that I needed to replace the catalytic converter, replace spark plugs and align my 4 tires. I then took my car to Sunrise Auto and they did an over all inspection. They told me that the oxygen sensor was not working property. So they removed and replaced the oxygen sensor and it corrected the problem. I took my car to Discount Tire and they told me that my tire where not out of alignment. I was obviously being taken advantage of from this dealership in Anderson, SC that professes to follow Christ centered principles in their business practices.
