An hour outside the nearest real city (Wichita) in a county with a total population of less than 8,000. I'm resigned to having to wait a week. But no. A Google search led me to Attorneys Process Service of Kansas. A phone call and, yes, they can handle it. An email with the information and, yes, they were on it. Eight hours later, on the same day, I had the copied and scanned file open on my computer. The client is happy; I look like I can do anything for them. Now, about 30 years ago, I did this job. I served papers, went to courts and did research into files, etc. But we were never this fast. This group is great.

Seriously how long does it take to type a 2 or 3 letter word? In a nut shell, I and 400 plus other people were led to believe that the Kerns Law Group had agreed to represent us in a lawsuit. The fee was to be $320,000 up front plus an additional $100,000 upon completion of the lawsuit. These legal fees were to be shared by the 400 plaintiffs being represented by Kurt Kerns: however; I wanted to verify the Kerns Law Group had agreed to represent us before I blindly sent thousands of dollars to someone I did not know, or ever meet. No one at the Kerns Law Group returned my call or answered my email when I reached out to them. My wife even called the law group and a man named Adam took a message, but no one returned her call as well. I noticed they have not received any sort of review on google in over 3 years and over 5 years on Facebook, That should have been a red flag to me.

He represented my boyfriend in one of the biggest federal cases in the Northern District of Oklahoma. It was an extremely scary time as my boyfriend faced 30 years to life in federal prison and the government had 20,000 pages of evidence plus 16,000 recordings, to make that happen. Kurt told me from the beginning that we may lose small battles during the case, but would "kick ass and win the war"...HE DELIVERED on that! My boyfriend, with the support of Kurt and Ian, took on the federal government in trial and WON!! My boyfriend is at home with his friends and family, where he belongs. Kurt is indeed the type of attorney you want on your case. I would highly recommend him to ANYONE needing criminal defense (State or Federal). He has also become our friend for life. Thank you, Kurt!
