My realtor referred me to Jon, and he got me all set up with a good policy and reasonable rate (despite my double roof layer). I've had a couple claims and Jon and his office team have been extremely helpful, pleasant, quick to respond...all the good things you would want from your insurance company. He makes sure you have the proper discounts that you are eligible for, even recommending things I didn't even know I would qualify for/existed. When I think of insurance, it seems kind of boring and dull, but Jon sends fun newsletters, facebook contests, birthday cards, calendars, and informative advice. He is always available to answer questions or help you figure out your current insurance needs.
