Great owner and staff! We needed help one day and they came right out and solved our issue. We use them for winter storage and spring detail and they are fantastic! We couldn't be more happy with the service they provide and recommend them highly!! read more

I have had a terrible time trying to order a Jon boat. I called the lady, ?Shelly? probably around March or April. I was wanting a very specific size Jon boat and she told me that they didn't have any in stock at the time but that the new line would be coming out in September or October. According to her, Lowe only produces a certain amount of boats and they were done for this year. I asked her to give me a call back when the next season came out and she did. (I had tried another company that never called me back so I was really pleased when I got the call.) I finally got my little Jon Boat and I am very happy with it. It was really frustrating how hard it was to find a specific kind of Jon boat and Shelly was able to get it done. read more

This company is not timely what-so-ever. Beacon says they focus on customer's boats first. Not a huge problem except I am a customer wanting my boat fixed. I dropped off my boat with being told it would be two weeks before it could get in. 2 weeks have now turned 4 and every time I call in they give me the run around and tell me they will call me back. They never do. I have picked up my boat and will be going elsewhere. I will not ever recommend them again. Also the guy that I believe runs Beacon is a terrible guy. He was never nice and always condescending. Absolutely the worst boat store in the area. read more

I try to do business there but they are Lowe dealer and I wanted a Lund. They cater more to the pleasure boaters more than fisherman. Too bad considering how much I have spent in electronics and extras I needed that they do not carry. If you did not buy your boat there do not expect great service....just the way the guy is. read more
