We had a zoom meeting/interview and she said she would present my resume to her team and that I had a good amount of skills that could translate into various positions. We were supposed to have a follow up meeting end of July as well. I revised my resume after our first zoom meeting and sent it back to her that day. I followed up with her several other times in July and August and literally never heard back from her. Not through email, not through phone call. I called the agency and they said that I could not be assigned to a new recruiter and that they would leave a message for Jessica who was out of town and I as well left a message for her. They said she would be back Monday and could contact me then. I never heard from her or anyone. Very disappointed in this experience.

On Friday, August 31st(Labor Day weekend), following quitting time at my new job, I had two separate issues to rectify at the Kelly Office. Since it was a holiday weekend, unbeknownst to me, the office closed early; at 16:00 instead of at the regular 17:00. Well, as I arrived at 16:11, the doors were already locked and there seemingly wasn't any hope for me. As I was somewhat discouraged, I sat down outside, pondering the sad situation. Much to my surprise on Monday, May 19th, Allison called me to follow up. She was so pleasant & friendly on the phone. Later that afternoon, she called me back to say she wanted me to come into the office & meet with her & her account manager. The next morning I went in & was greeted promptly by the receptionist. At 9:55 AM, Allison appeared from an interview office with Kristen (my appointment was at 10). We sat down and immediately I felt so at ease & comfortable. These two ladies were extremely nice & professional...it wasn't a stuffy interview. They were very candid about the position & what the client was looking for. They even redid my resume, which really made me shine. The next day, she called & said the hiring manager wanted a phone interview. I think she was just as excited for me as I was! We set that up for the next afternoon. At this writing, I am waiting for a face to face interview to be scheduled. :) Throughout this whole process, Allison has kept me up to date and abreast of every detail. Those who you interview with up and quit with no notice. So there is no one there who is familiar with your situation if in the event you call back. I also believe they are racist. There is only a certain demographic working there, so I I think it is safe to say there is only a certain demographic that they place. Things that make you go hmm...
