Absolutely wonderful!…read more If you are looking for an Employment Agency that goes above and beyond, Insight Global is the best company in the Atlanta/Metro Atlanta area. I cannot say enough about the professionalism this company showed me. I was amazed by the number of calls I received while I was in the midst of interviewing. Joe Zelasko is awesome. Please allow me to elaborate about my experience: I received a call from Joe Zelasko, Lead Recruiter on a rainy Wednesday about a job with a reputable company near my home (about 4 minutes away from my home to be exact) . The position was exactly what I had been looking for. Joe matched my skills with the company's job description and it was such an awesome fit. After the phone interview with Joe, plans were for me to interview with his manager, Nicole, the next day, however, plans changed and I ended up meeting with her later that same day. Nicole was just as professional as Joe. She was very warm & inviting and gave me a complete understanding of the company I was planning to interview with. During the interview process Joe contacted me before my interviews and after my interviews (even at 7pm in the evening). He kept me in the know while I was awaiting a response from the hiring company and that was so comforting. I knew that even if I was not offered the position with the company I interviewed with, I knew I wanted to continue working with Insight Global. To wrap things up, I was offered the position and I am so very grateful to Insight Global for contacting me. Marlin

My employment was terminated in June 2026, only six weeks into my time with the company. Until the…read morelast week, I was frequently praised for my performance and received nothing but positive feedback. I was warned before I even started about a co-worker who was very difficult to work with. I found this to be true after only a few days in the role. I was yelled at and spoken down to by the co-worker and, as appropriate, I notified my manager on-site. I had to inform her of a few different instances that made for a hostile work environment and as a result, the company retaliated. Not only was I terminated for invalid reasons, my reporting of problems and lies told by the co-worker that's so difficult, I wasn't even given a chance to speak on the allegation that I acted unprofessionally. The claim was made after I facilitated a presentation on a topic approved by my on-site manager, Holly Goulding, which she told me I did a good job with afterward. Rather than ask what happened, Shelby was very accusatory and incredibly rude, demonstrating no concern for the truth or behaving in an ethical manner. Furthermore, the company lied to unemployment, but of course, could not support their claims, so I have been granted access to the resource.

I'm still on the hunt for a job, but thanks to Allison & Kristen, my search may be over soon!…read more I applied for a job earlier this month & after a couple of weeks, I pretty much gave up on it. Much to my surprise on Monday, May 19th, Allison called me to follow up. She was so pleasant & friendly on the phone. Later that afternoon, she called me back to say she wanted me to come into the office & meet with her & her account manager. The next morning I went in & was greeted promptly by the receptionist. At 9:55 AM, Allison appeared from an interview office with Kristen (my appointment was at 10). We sat down and immediately I felt so at ease & comfortable. These two ladies were extremely nice & professional...it wasn't a stuffy interview. They were very candid about the position & what the client was looking for. They even redid my resume, which really made me shine. The next day, she called & said the hiring manager wanted a phone interview. I think she was just as excited for me as I was! We set that up for the next afternoon. At this writing, I am waiting for a face to face interview to be scheduled. :) Throughout this whole process, Allison has kept me up to date and abreast of every detail. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. Free parking in the parking deck (as the office is located in an office park).

I spoke with the representative and was told that they would find employment for me soon. That was almost 2 years ago. I haven't heard from them since. Called back no one hardly answers the phone. Those who you interview with up and quit with no notice. So there is no one there who is familiar with your situation if in the event you call back. I also believe they are racist. There is only a certain demographic working there, so I I think it is safe to say there is only a certain demographic that they place. Things that make you go hmm...
