It was an extensive journey that included multiple phone screens, multiple face to face interviews, a writing sample, assessments to confirm cultural alignment to my own values, and their leadership's willingness to answer all my questions with full transparency. It truly felt like a thorough conversation vs a one-sided interview process that helped me fully evaluate the opportunity for me and my family. I truly felt at the end that I had earned a great opportunity, with a clear frame of reference, and that I would be crazy to pass it up. There are some AMAZING companies and professionals around Atlanta with whom I would have been fortune to work. However, considering Roth Staffing Companies has won numerous prestigious awards including the #1 Professional Services Firms to work for by Forbes, the ultra positive interview experience, the national success of its business lines, and the level of transparency from leadership, it was an obvious choice for my family to join theirs. The company's mission is "to make life better for people we serve®" and I'm very grateful to now be working with such engaged colleagues who are truly dedicated to making that a reality!

I called the agency and they said that I could not be assigned to a new recruiter and that they would leave a message for Jessica who was out of town and I as well left a message for her. They said she would be back Monday and could contact me then. I never heard from her or anyone. Very disappointed in this experience.
