We ordered a cheese pizza, Manhattan Man pizza, Philly chicken hero sandwich (pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, green peppers) & carbonara pasta. The pizzas were both average tasting pizzas but nothing special. We ordered a Philly chicken hero sandwich & they mistakenly delivered beef. There was hardly any meat, green peppers or onion on it. The menu says it is also supposed to have mayo, cheese, tomato & lettuce but didn't get any of those items on it. The bread was was very dry with the sparse filling & missing condiments, The carbonara was salty & all around awful. The food is overpriced for the quality even for "by the beach" prices. Your money would be better spent going to pizza hut and/or subway - also available near the beach. read more

I got philly steak sandwich because people who ordered pizza were waiting for at least 49 minutes. We didn't want to waste time and wanted go back to the beach so ordered the sandwich but it was one of worst "things" i have ever tasted in my life.. inside of the restaurant was also very dirty .. all the tables still had leftover trash from previous customers.. We have been visiting Beach Pizza Westchester since it opened. I know it has gone thru some ownership changes and prices continue to increase, but tonight was the last straw. My "to go" order took an hour to be ready compared to the 20 minutes I was quoted on the phone. In addition to the poor service, my 32 piece wing bucket was priced at $28.95 on the website, $38.99 on the menu at the restaurant, but was actually $43.74 (51% above the website price). Our favorite pizza place in MB. Just ordered a cheeseless pizza because I had to go dairy free and was thrilled to learn their pizza crust and sauce is dairy free. They also have a dairy free vegan cheese(I personally don't care for vegan cheese) but think it's awesome they have this option for customers. Our pizza was delicious even without cheese! Buyer beware.. just ordered a veggie pizza which was to have eggplant, fresh garlic etc. you need a magnifying glass to find the few veggies that are so overcooked and scarce.. they are unrecognizable. Pizza is mostly dough and a tiny bit of sauce. We are 5 blocks from beach pizza and it was delivered cold. I called the manager who said he did not care and refused to come get the pizza so he could see what I was referring to. Whoever opens this place on the weekend in the mornings, yah guy, you. You are the rudest young dumb kid I've ever seen run a neighborhood pizza place. I showed up at 10:57 in the morning and knocked on the door and you proceeded to yell that you don't open for 3 minutes and made us wait where there. And everyone knows there is no parking on highland. All I wanted was for you to take an order. Our order was: Large meat lovers pizza, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots and wings. No marinara sauce for the knots and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks, knots AND pizza were burnt AND pizza was dry because there was no sauce on the pizza! What a waste of money! Upon arrival to pick up our order at 9:45 PM, the woman by the register was using her phone as a calculator preparing to close for the night. She didn't acknowledge my fiancé's presence when he walked in. After a few minutes she looked up and said "I'll be right with you" but finished counting her receipts making him wait for several minutes. They close at 11 PM so there's no excuse for the rudeness. Best Pizza in the South Bay! Staff is extremely welcoming, accommodating , and punctual with your order. My cousin and I regular here and have yet to be disappointed thru our years of being customers. The portions are nice and large, definitely not going to be hungry after. There is some street spots on Highland and a nice little lot next to Moon's Market. Would highly recommend getting it to go and chowing down at Bruce's a couple streets down. They said the kids' plain cheese pizza (a whopping $25 for bread and cheese) would be ready for pickup in 20-25 minutes. Arrived right at the 25 minute mark to pickup. First 15 minutes were fine, but then I saw that walk-ins were getting their orders before me. Staff was really rude. This place sucks. I can't believe there's an awesome pizza place close to me. So happy. I found Beach Pizza on Yelp and am already dying to go back. I can eat pizza for BLD (breakfast, lunch, dinner), but I'm not a pizza whore. I won't just eat any pizza and be happy with it. Oh no. We found free parking on the street just a block away and strolled in. About 5 small tables, with old surfboards and pizza boxes lining the walls. We looked at the menu and ordered the "The Manhattan Man" with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and mozarella. Got a medium which is 8 slices for about $17. Pizza is not cheap, but I'll pay for quality. Also ordered chopped veggie salad for $6 as well as an order of garlic bread (about 6 pieces) for $3. We ordered at the counter and sat down, but as we saw with another group that came in, they have waiter service if you just sit. Anyway, our garlic bread came out and they good-sized pieces - not huge, but not small either. They came with marinara dipping sauce and I thought they were delicious for the price. The chopped salad was definitely enough to share for two people and everything was chopped up pretty well. I normally don't like olives, but with the way it was chopped into this salad, it gave it a nice hint of olive flavor, but wasn't overpowering. You get a choice of vinaigrette or ranch, and we chose the former on the side. Dressing was perfect. The pizza came a few minutes later (they tell you about a 15 minute wait), and the first thing I said was, "OMG, the little sausages are so cute!" And indeed they were, because they were mini sausage balls. I thought it was the perfect combination of ingredients and a perfectly distributed amount. I would've liked to have seen cornmeal on the bottom and the pizza cooked just a tad longer to give it a nice crisp on the crust, but it was super awesome anyway. I thought the way the veggies and ingredients were cut up on the pizza, made it easy to eat. All the ingredients and sauce seemed really fresh. Service was good and friendly. It's a casual place, definitely not for dine in if you have a large group, because it was basically us and another group the entire time eating in. But there were about 10 take-out orders in the time we were there. I wish I lived in Manhattan Beach just so I could walk to Beach Pizza, take it home, and eat it curled up on the couch watching Food Network. The piece de resistance? They're a Coke establishment. Last night my friends and I had a birthday dinner at Beach Pizza and it was subpar which is shocking based on the review updates that I have done for this spot and how good the Pizza is. We arrived and it looked like the staff was in training. I hope for the sake of Beach Pizza this new staff is not the new staff to stay because the old crowd of folk that ran this place was top notch from service, to food, to making sure you got whatever it is you wanted. Last night we had to signal the staff who seemed like they had no idea how to cut a pizza, literally, a staff that seemed confused and kept calling for additional members to come up to the front to help them use the cash register. Last night we arrived and sat down right away. As usual this place is more of a delivery service than it is a sit down dinner spot that much I understand. We were a party of 6 and given 2 menus, lucky for us we knew what we wanted to order right away. We ordered our drinks which no longer came out in plastic cups but paper cups. We were brought forks that were plastic and no longer metal. We were brought a Pizza that was so greasy we had to use a full napkin folded in half and then half again to soak up the grease from one piece of pizza that was ordered well done for the reason of it not coming out greasy. I hope for the sake of this place that the 33rd & Highland location does not become the Lincoln & Manchester location because that spot is horrible from service to food. I will still give this place 2-stars for this review and this review only because overall this pizza is incredible but if the ownership is mixing up the way the pizza is being made they should stop in their tracks and remember what made them a staple of the South Bay. I had pizza here several weeks ago and the pizza was greasy as well that time I let writing a review slip figuring it was a 1-time thing well that 1-time became 2-times and if it becomes 3-times you will lose my business. read more

Ordered a medium hang ten pizza, wings and a garden salad with chicken and ranch. The ordered was 40 min late they stated that it would be 50 min order did not show up for 40 min after that. The pizza was cold, wings were cold, and the salad was very small for the price with not manny toppings. I called manager said he would Be sending me a New order. Pizza is very good, like very very good, thats why we keep ordering. We get the gluten free almost once a week. Our only gripe is that our deliveries always come without parmesan cheese, even when requested and emphasized that we never get any, even when we ask... so we bought a bottle at the grocery store to simplify our own lives, for life is far too short to be complaining about not getting a free add on. Had the Margarita Pizza on Saturday, it was the best pizza by the beach. Great for a beach picnic! Also tried the sampler for side, mozerella sticks and wings are 10/10, fries where a 2/5 in terms of them not being crunchy and being pretty firm inside. Super fresh and very delicious! They only sell personal - extra large pizzas, not by the slice. I had the maui wowee, manhattan man and vegetarian, all three were delicious. Pizza takes a little longer 30-40 minutes, but worth the wait! Pizza comes out pipping hot, crunchy bottom and crust, but soft in the middle. Fresh toppings, not too greasy. being pregnant and having specific cravings is hard when no restaurant can meet your expectations. Luckily I found this place on uber eats. I love lasagna and I'm very picky when it comes to lasagna. so being very conscious I read the description and went on yelp to see how their lasagna looked like. I was having second thought and I was going to delete my item and go somewhere else. My thumb accidentally pressed the confirmed order selection on the app and the rest is history ! best lasagna I ever had ! super cheesy and fresh ! and it came with a refreshing salad with some delicious garlic bread. my baby and I were so happy, baby was kicking with joy with every bite i took. The following day I wanted to be adventurous and took these pictures.
