As first-time customers, we expected basic hospitality and guidance. Our drinks also tasted watered down with very little carbonation. When we politely mentioned it, the response felt argumentative instead of helpful. Later, we also informed staff about water dripping from the AC near our table and bread basket, but the concern was immediately dismissed. One employee we interacted with was polite and respectful, so I do not think this reflects the entire staff. However, the overall experience with the front desk/server made our visit uncomfortable and disappointing.
