When asked their answer was "It happens" you signed a liability waiver. I have an 11 year old Sheppard, former working dog who has been kenneled in other locations prior to us moving here for up to three weeks at a time and this has never happened. Its physics, they placed the dog in a kennel to small for him, and most likely did not get him outside enough, resulting in him banging his tail just over a 7 day period. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. THEY ARE STAFF DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT MAKING SURE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IS TAKEN CARE OF. They have always been attentive, caring and considerate to what the animal needed. I believe we need to be more understanding of someone's time. What I see is he devotes most of his life to these animals. There are at times something that will go wrong - just like in a hospital - the cat had complications after the surgery for example. When they call you during one of these times the sincerity is honest and heartfelt. I just had to put down a couple of ours animals and I truly appreciated the time he took with us during this process. He does this at night and I always wonder when does the team get to go home to their families because I see them always working. I trust this Vet with all of my animals. We currently have over 20+ animals in his care.
