First they wash your feet with warm water and dry them. The next step was a deep yet soothing oil massage. Definitely the best and very foot massage ever. The next visit I chose the 30 minute foot massage and the 30 back massage. Totally heavenly. I felt so relaxed and that was floating on my feet when I left. They've got a great setup inside with plenty of chairs to recline while you're getting your feet done. The mood music is very relaxing and the lights are low to help relax. The massage tables are comfy and I'll tell ya I fell asleep during my massage. This place is also white glove clean which is a big plus. Lots of parking here so you never have to worry looking for a spot. Give the your business and you'll be happy you did.

I knew it was time to finally see what I have been missing all these years. And, sure enough, I have been missing out big time! Right from the time I entered the building, Mandi was very professional, welcoming and put me at ease. The entire massage experience and ambiance was fantastic. The room was lovely, the bed was perfectly cozy, the music was so soothing, and Mandi even added some lavender aroma therapy that I loved (she asked me if I would like some). Not only was the environment perfect, Mandi's massage was incredible. She was very responsive to my preferences and specific needs. Since this was my first massage, I opted for a light to medium pressure massage. This was perfect for me. I was so relaxed and whatever area Mandi was working on felt soooooo good. She spent extra time where needed, but managed a full body massage in 60 minutes. During my massage, I really wished I had booked a 90 minute! Next time! And, yes, there will definitely be a next time! I am hooked! Thanks, Mandi :)

At the time I had a headache, within 10 minutes of starting, that was gone, within 20 I was almost falling asleep. I can't speak highly enough of the ashiatsu massage, had always gotten swedish or deep tissue on the past which was good, but this was on a whole different level in terms of the type of pressure she was able to apply. Got to spots I've been craving to get a release from but could never get on my own, felt drunk from relaxation by the time I left. Go see Mandi and enjoy, you won't regret it.

I don't often treat myself in this way because I have felt out of place in so many places. The staff greeted me and offered me a drink while I waited. Sam(antha) found me after a short wait. She took me to a fairly large room that could have had three clients, but it was just for me to enjoy - at least that day! She started by asking me quite a few questions about my daily haircare and goals for the cut and deep conditioning treatment I requested. She listened. After a lovely wash and sit with the conditioner, where I enjoyed the peace of that lovely room, she came back and gave me the perfect haircut. She didn't try to do anything extra; she didn't try to offer me a bunch of product; she listened to my request, and made it happen. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm looking forward to pre-vacation manicures and pedicures with my partner in a couple of weeks. Also, I liked their online scheduling system. It's easy to navigate and use, and sends appointment reminders!

When I asked the masseuse to stop my massage, I was offered ear plugs and asked if I knew how to meditate to drown out the noise. It was the first massage in 30 plus years that I had ever been offered ear plugs. The total disregard for my experience was beyond disappointing. I did speak with the manager the following Monday and was offered a rebate of 40%. I was also told that the rooms are not soundproof. I never expected them to be. I cannot in good conscience recommend this spa and will not return.
