I was able to get a very nice metal shingle roof with a 50 year manufacturers warranty for the same price as anyone else could do a re-shingle with asphalt shingles. This is business like it used to be: hardworking, honest, local guys who do what they say, stand behind their work and care about the final product. Right Rate Roofing isn't kidding about their craft. Ryan, their owner, took time out of his busy…read moreschedule to explain the process that his company takes in installing shingles. Out of five quotes from other companies, Right Rate Roofing came in the most competitive by far. Ryan explained the ways he is able to pass such cost savings along and not gouge his clients. Right Rate Roofing checked out with no complaints with the Better Business Bureau. My wife and I were confident in hiring Right Rate Roofing for our roof needs. We were given a date for replacing our roofing and they rescheduled for a closer date. When they were in the process of replacing our roofing, Ryan sent repeated pictures along with explanations to go along with them. I really felt a part of the experience. Completion took a week? Nope it almost took a day. Just a little touch up that took a small portion of the following morning. That's amazing compared to other companies. What about the warranty, you ask? They stand by the work they do with a copy of it within a very quick turnaround! I would recommend Right Rate Roofing for anyone's roofing needs. I would use them in the future but I've got a great warranty and chances are I'll never need it in my lifetime. Thanks Ryan and thank your hard working crew!

I contacted Serge roofing because I was considering buying a multifamily 8 unit in Quincy. The…read moregentleman I spoke to was Cody. He was friendly and professional and assured me I would get an estimate within the next business day as I had called on an evening so he needed one full day to prepare it. Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future. I like and trust this company and I would recommend them to anybody. They saved me potentially 10s of thousands of dollars. They would rather refuse my business to have integrity than take my money and not have any. Five stars thank you guys so much
