Before my scheduled appointment, I had to visit the ER. While hospitalized, I was seen by Dr. Gutierrez, who was the cardiologist on call. After discharge, I was contacted to schedule a follow-up and was told I would be seeing Dr. Colato's PA. However, I was instead scheduled with Dr. Gutierrez's PA. I waited in the office for over an hour, only to be told that I would need to be rescheduled for later that same day. When I asked why I was being seen by the wrong provider, the nurse stepped out to ask, came back, and told me I couldn't be seen by Dr. Colato's team after all because I was seen by Gutierrez in the hospital. I was finally scheduled with Dr. Colato.... or so I thought. The day before that appointment, I received a call that it was being canceled because "Dr. Colato was not accepting new patients." This directly contradicted what my PCP's office had in their records. When I called to speak to a manager, they confirmed that Dr. Colato was accepting new patients, but it would be up to him to approve a transfer from Dr. Gutierrez's care. No apologies or resolutions given. While dealing with ongoing cardiac symptoms and feeling very anxious, I was passed around like a game of hot potato. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like no one in the office had clear communication or genuine concern for my care. The doctors themselves may be excellent.... I can't say, because I never got far enough to find out. But based on my experience with the front office, scheduling, and communication, I can't trust that this clinic would provide the care I blieve I need. This was my experience, and I give this office a failing grade due to poor communication, lack of empathy, and confusing internal policies. I hope others have better luck, but I won't be going back.

From making my appt. online to the text communication everything was great. When I arrived, I was greatly promptly by the receptionist. My eye technician was Alecia. She was the sweetest young woman ever. She was very thorough in explaining all the procedures I was going to have done. She even recommended some eye drops that were better than my current ones. Dr. Mays was equally as great. He blew my mind as he told me I sleep w/ my eyes only 3/4 off the way shut & this could be creating some dryness !! WHAT ?!?! No one has EVER told me that, including the follow up at my LASIK center. He recommended several ways for me to address this. I highly recommend Crystal Vision & their team for all your vision & eye needs. I wish more businesses were this customer focused !!!

When my husband and I went in for our first appointment he took us into his office and explained what would be happening in the next few months and took the time to answer any questions. I never had to wait long to see him and I loved that on the ceiling above his exam tables was a picture of George Strait! If I was ever worried about anything they let me come in and saw me immediately. There were a few times Dr. Smith called me personally after hours to tell me lab results or just to see if I had any questions. The whole office is very caring and I had an amazing experience there. I wish we lived closer so he could have delivered baby number 2!

Dr. McPherson, using her advanced MRI-type imaging system (not xrays) and thorough examination, found a problem that had been sealed in a root canal procedure 30+ years ago. Then she prescribed work, to be done (by a different specialist) that saved my tooth. This prevented more instrusive, more costly work in the future. We moved a lot, and at least 15 other dentists have taken xrays and performed exams and never noticed this. (And this is the first time in my life I didn't feel any shot to numb my mouth.) And their entire staff is super helpful and kind, from scheduling, through the pricing, to after care-- very thorough and thoughtful care all around.

I was new to the area, went because I had a cracked molar, I paid $800 to have a crown but then was…read moretortured. The temporary crown fit fine but for some reason the lab they use to create the real one couldn't get it right. I had to keep coming back and going through the painful process of getting my temp crown off and them exposing what was left of my tooth to something painful they put on it in order to make a mold and do another 3D scan of the tooth. They called me to come back in 3 times because the permanent crown wasn't fitting at all! By the 4th visit and the crown still didn't fit right the dentist was like we are going to make this fit he was gruff and rough. I ended up with a horrible red purple bruise in my mouth where I was painfully injected with Novocain. He ground down one of my teeth above the crown also while grinding down the crown. Needless to say it never fit right, has caused me nothing but pain and discomfort. Couldn't chew well on that side of my mouth and now about 3 years later it freaking fell off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly do not recommend going here. I have dental ptsd now and I have to find a new dentist to fix my painful missing crown tooth!
