    I have been a Wells Fargo Customer for a few years now, and have experienced their good services…read more However, there have been more bad experiences than the good. I recently went to Wells Fargo on Guadalupe to deposit to a checking acct using a debit card. I have been doing this ever since I opened my account. I didn't know that I could deposit that way until one day that I forgot to get my acct number and one of the tellers asked me if I had my debit card so she could use to pull up my acct. Since then I have been using that method, which seemed very convenient. Well it has worked all the time until today that I drove up to the motor bank window. I was greeted nicely by Stephanie Nutch, I will not lie, but when I sent the debit card and the total amount to deposit I was surprised that the teller did not let me deposit she said that they were not allowed to do that kind of transaction. I mentioned to her that I did not want any info about the account. I just wanted to deposit, but she was reluctant about doing it. It seemed like she wanted to speed up the motor bank line. I don't understand what her deal was for her actions would only slow things down. I could have gone to the ATM and deposit thru there, but the person to person feature is also offered so I always opt for that. I stayed in the motor bank line while I created an online acct so that I could view my acct #. It took me like 20 min for the process. Like after 10 min of me waiting in line teller spoke to me thru the intercom, not because she was worried that I had been waiting in line but because the line was backed up now. I told her I was getting the acct number so to be patient. I also told her that there was no need for the long wait for she could have been proactive and helped me out in the first place. When I finally found my acct number online, I pressed the call teller button to be assisted after 20 min. When they saw that it was me the person that had pressed the call teller button she had me wait for almost a minute before she came to my assistance. This was done on purpose for I could see tellers talking to each other and smiling. Well I finally managed to make my deposit, by now I was being assisted by Diana a different teller. When transaction was done I asked for teller's name and that's when Diana told me she had only helped me at the end when I made the deposit. I asked for the first tellers name and she said let me get her on the intercom. When she came to the intercom she just said ill send you my business card. I was disappointed once more for I had not asked for business card I had asked for her name. Was It to much to ask for? In the end this is just one more way that Wells Fargo on Guadalupe has succeeded in disappointing me. I have had many experiences there that this was the final one. So if anyone can recommend a banking institution for me I would appreciate it. As for me recommending this bank I don't think so.
