Terrible service. Went to buy portable DVD player that their website specified they had in store;…read morethe only one left was a display model, which they were VERY reluctant to sell. Once the manager ok'd the sale, they took. a whole 80c off the ticket price! No box, ex-display with an 80c discount...AND we payed cash! Staff rudely told me that I was paying "the online price" so should not expect any further discount! We had traveled over 40kms to get there, so we purchased it...took it out to the car and saw it was supposed to come with a remote too! We returned to store to be told that we could not have it, and they gave us a refund. We decided to check the Mornington store, and they had stock of the same DVD player...(which Frankston branch didn't offer to check for us...worst customer service ever)...and it was cheaper than Frankston! We ended up with a new model, IN the box, with a remote,....for less than Frankston store price! And the staff were friendly and had no problem giving us a small cash discount even though THEY TOO were selling the unit for the "online price" All in all, customer service was terrible, and the so-called "pay less-pay cash" deal was an ABSOLUTE JOKE. I will never shop at Good Guys Frankston again

This Bunnings is handily located in a super centre. Staff have been really friendly and quick to…read morepoint you in the right direction. Not only can you buy everything, but it's then super easy to duck across to the auto shop, or buy a kayak at the adventure store next door. But if you want your sausage sizzle reward (the only reason to go to Bunnings to begin with), then make sure you go no later than 4pm on the weekend. As a new homeowner, I'll be back.
