The menu changes regularly (daily?) using in-season produce and ingredients. I personally love it because the chefs are creative and there is always a pleasant surprise. Often I feel the restaurant deserves a star or at least a Bib Gourband from Michelin. Although sometimes the dishes are not the level of a two-star restaurant, they are always well prepared and have never disapointed. The cave is amazing with a wide selection of wines. It's fun to watch the chefs through the glass prepare the dinner. The waiter is very nice and accomodating. Do ask him for the wine pairing. We are going again tonight.
