My husband and family absolutely loved their seafood soup and tartar. They ordered an additional plate of it. Could not have asked for a better dinner experience. What a sight for the weary and voraciously hungry individuals craving a hearty meal! We had first come to know a bit about Georgian cuisine during our last year's visit to Wroclaw, as there was a Georgian street food restaurant we tried. We knew that we were in for a treat! The restaurant is cozy and nicely decorated. I loved that they had comfortable booths with nice cushions to sit in or tables with chairs if you prefer. We opted for a booth and we had ample space for all the food we ordered! Our server (I regret not knowing her name), from Georgia, was very friendly and helpful and took time to explain what the menu items we were curious about were. There are pictures for each item on the menu but for the English speaker, the ingredients may be a mystery. She was very patient and offered suggestions for us which we appreciated. After deliberating, we settled on a few types of casserole dishes, typical bread, and the Georgian style pierogis (yes, that is what they are called on the menu). The casserole styled meals (in a hot piece of pottery fresh out the oven) come with a puffy hollow round bread to sop up the goodness, I'd imagine. The dishes all had complex spice profiles, were tasty, and seemed to have quality ingredients. The casseroles were loaded with a thick toping of glorious cheese. The man helping us at the end of our meal spoke limited English but could understand us just fine and was friendly and helpful! The restaurant itself had a nice feel to it and the WC was very clean. In addition, patrons of the restaurant were very amiable and greeted us. I highly recommend this place. Go try something new or out of your comfort zone. First, the late evening visit for dinner was cool b/c it was not busy and I was seated outside. I love the garden /patio feel to the restaurant. Inside, if you prefer to sit, there is a large restaurant setup, very comfy with an open kitchen, visible to pretty much everyone in the restaurant on the first and second floor. The food was exceptional. It was my first night in Warsaw and wanted to experience a modern take on tPolish dishes. The cold beet soup, beet greens with a quail egg was super delicious. The schnitzel was excellent and it came with unforgettable mashed potatoes and a cold cucumber, yogurt and dill salad. I also tried red Polish wine, a Cabernet. And that too was also very good. Service was super attentive granted I came at 10 o'clock in the evening on a weeknight, and English was spoken fluently by everyone I dealt with. This is a converted factory space , it is in the middle of an island of businesses, so your Uber driver will pick you up about 200 feet to the left of the restaurant as you walk out. We Ubered to the restaurant to walk afterward around the revitalized Praga District. The other clientele looked like trendy office workers so the staff was moving quickly to service the lunch hour crowd. The server asked us if we wanted the regular menu or "the lunch menu". It was lunchtime so we asked for "the lunch menu". We expected the server to return with a menu with lunchtime options - but instead less than a minute later the borscht arrived. It turns out "the lunch menu" was a 3-course prix fixe option and borscht was the 1st dish. We probably wouldn't all have ordered it had we understood but it was delicious with a beautiful beet red color and a pleasantly sour flavor. The main was a nice pasta with salmon and the dessert was an excellent pastry. We sat on the patio which was lovely. Very comfortable. Great restaurant with excellent food. In particular we loved our accidental borscht!

We had a direct view of the fountain. It felt like we were in one of those fancy private balcony you see at the theater. The prices were great for the level of service and food quality. Later, as we were walking down the stairs, we noticed the walls were lined with photos of the owner with famous people such as Angela Merkel, the Dali Lama and many more. This was a "hidden" gem in Warsaw since it isn't near the main tourist attractions.

Couldn't break through the colder Polish front of the staff, but I think it was a language barrier. Which is MY problem, BTW, not theirs. We managed and enjoyed. Easy to point and smile.
