I have no complaints overall, but unfortunately the staff are typical middle-aged Czechs who aren't exactly friendly and who make faces for no reason when they see a group of Roma. Two of them also refused to do their job, possibly because my husband is a foreigner. He asked them if they have a lost and found since our son lost a pair of goggles and they said no. I came up and said I find that hard to believe, and they produced a whole box of lost goggles that was literally right behind them!
