Stopped into Bazzi Pizza for a late-night bite and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Meat Lovers and it definitely hit the spot. The sauce had a slightly sweet flavor that worked really well with all the toppings, and the pizza overall was flavorful and satisfying. What impressed me most was that we popped in pretty close to closing time, and the pizza was still fresh and tasted like it had just come out of the oven. That's always a good sign. The crust had a nice texture, and they didn't skimp on the meat. Pizza was made fast by the time I walked down and picked it up It is a little on the pricey side, but honestly, it's Lake Placid -- that's pretty much expected. For a solid late-night treat in a tourist town, it delivered. Would definitely go back when I'm in the area again. read more

Bazzi's Pizza was great! We had regular cheese pizza and a Buffalo chicken sub. Both were awesome. They have a big selection of drinks, but we stuck with some local root beer both times. They have a lot on the menu but the plain pizza is worth trying. Service was quick and friendly, and the place is nice enough for a quick lunch. Loved the meat pizza, my kids devoured the margarita before I was able to park the car behind the hotel we stayed at. I saw someone eating wings and they looked good. Hotel recommended this place for deliveries I ordered a calzone and a slice of pizza the calzone was burnt and stone cold just like the pizza I heated them both in microwave and the pizza was ok but the calzone was inedible I carry a sharp knife but it was like cutting a small tree I just threw. I ordered a large pizza and it came out within minutes which was convenient and scary. The pizza itself wasn't horrible but tasted like something you would get in upstate ny. The buffalo chicken stromboli had good flavor and wasn't too spicy. There seemed like a lot of people coming in and out so they are doing something right! We arrived in town early afternoon and needed something easy to fill our stomaches. We saw this little cozy pizzeria at the corner of main street actoss from Golden Arrow with outdoor seating and decided to order a large margherita pie for $23. The ordering process was easy and the wait time was reasonably quick, less than 10 minutes. The thin crust was hot, chewy and delicious. The only problem with the pizza was that there was no fresh leaves of basil on the pizza. The pizza appeared to be more white, than red, and topped with fresh pieces of tomatoes, melted mozzarella, and sprinkles of dried basil. We would visit this pizzeria again. read more
