This station is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. Our family have had a very poor response from the policeman handling the case of my grandson. He died on the 14 April his mother was notified by a knock on the door. When she could collect herself and tried to ring the policeman handling but he had gone home ... Got no Information the next day/ had contact with the police on the 16th April was told could not pick up his personal effects. 10 days and no information no phone wallet or any bank cards to see if he has been robbed. and no call back after numerous call to this station. This is an absolute disgrace. i intend to contact the ombudsman and report this disgusting treatment of my ex daughter in law and the rest of our family. It has been a callous disregard of our feelings and rights. I would like some answers on why we are treated like this.

The male Officer informed me that he was not going to prosecute me this time. I did not answer. I have never heard of being prosecuted for disciplining your children when they did the wrong thing. I have contacted them a few times with major issues and never was I treated seriously. Obviously a police officer has big enough balls to stand up to a single mother but not big enough to stand up to local Caucasian youth gangs and other ones.
