    I had a terrible experience at this dealership's service center, if I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. First and foremost, the communication was non-existent. I dropped off my car first thing Saturday when they opened (2024 Chevrolet Corvette with 235 miles on it and still in the break-in process) and waited in the waiting room expecting updates. The service advisor came in later and said he had no record of my appointment (see pic of email confirmation below showing a record of the appointment booked). After another hour or so they said they didn't want to rush and wouldn't finish my car until Monday and that I should "find a ride since having the customer in the waiting room makes them nervous" (they offered to give me a ride, but no loaner). I specifically said at least 3 times: at check in, advisor talking to me in waiting room, and as I was leaving the dealer with a ride "call or text me and keep me updated, and NO TEST DRIVES, unless I'm driving the car or riding in the car." After the whole day went by, I never heard a word from them before they closed for the day. Monday morning before 930 am (dealer opened at 730am), I called on my own to check up on them after getting a notice that the car was driven 10 miles. Further analysis showed about 1.11g of fuel consumption and a corresponding 9mpg of fuel economy (compared to my average of 20mpg). I was transferred around a couple times, and then they hung up on me, about 30 minutes later I get a call back from my advisor to say the car was ready for pickup so I headed over right way. When I arrived at the dealership and checked in with my service advisor, my car was sitting out on the lot under a tree instead of in the indoor service lane for outgoing cars. Additionally, I was shocked to find that no actual work had been done. They had simply cleared the codes and told me they found no issues with the car and weren't sure why it had a check engine light with a list of 8 error codes. It felt like a complete waste of time. To top it all off, I discovered they had test-driven my car without my permission to which the dealer said I never said anything about test drives. Even through he tried to reassure me that the techs will not go joyriding in sports cars, he was extremely unconvincing. This lack of respect for my property is unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend this service center at all. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

    Excellent service all around. Our car broke down over the holidays and we were in need of a quality and reliable car that was not expensive. Anthony (Evans) was excellent. We explained to him our situation and that same evening he sent us a list of cars that met what we were looking for and within our budget. The next day we met with Anthony and left out with the 1st car he recommended to us - it was perfect. Brittany and Michael were also very helpful with pulling together an ideal financial package for us. The entire crew was great to work with. We're definitely grateful to be a part of the Toyota family at Bayside. Highly recommended.

    I went to Bayside to buy a car. Margo was Awesome. I knew exactly what I wanted but she told me finding it would not be easy. I didn't want an AWD, it had to be a 6 cyl & cloth seats!! She found ONE car in Annapolis & drove there to pick it up for me. My husband & I went back at 3 pm to test drive the car. It had a few more miles on it than I wanted - but it is very clean, one owner & NO accidents! Perfect and the price was less than others I found online!! I bought it right after driving it! If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend Margo.

    New tires Bayside put on without balancing them or telling me the rims were bent!
