This is the second time Hayden and his crew have moved my family. Both times nothing was as much as scratched, but they were very efficient. The two men that were working with him were a pleasure to be around that morning, joking with my kids and allowing them to help with smaller items for fun. I was too busy unpacking last time to write a review, but as long as I am in the bay area, I wouldn't think of calling another mover. The most important thing to me having worked with them twice now, is that Hayden really does treat his crew well resulting in a lot of professionalism all around. Just now remembering to write this review but what I remember is super responsive on calls/texts and flexible with moving things all the way to Rocklin for us. Packed up a 2 bed 2 bath condo with garage and got it to Rocklin all in one day. Only had one minor chip on a table and he worked with me to resolve it in a way I was more than happy with. Hayden and Bays Best handled a two-stage move for me. The first stage was out of our current home and into storage. This was kind of complicated, with different stuff going to different storage units (3 units in two different Public Storage locations). The second stage came eight months later when we moved into our new home. The storage units were in San Jose, and our new home is in the Hollister area. Both stages of the move went flawlessly, and what was particularly impressive to me was the fact that they (after 8 months) remembered how to put stuff back together. Hayden even thoughtfully dropped the keys to the storage units off at the office when we were done with the second stage, so I did have to go back to drop off they keys (which was nice seeing as our new home is an hour away even when there is no traffic). Best Bay Moving Company is excellent! We tend to move every 2 1/2+ years. We have used this company the last 2 moves. The last move was many hours across CA. Would give the team a "10" if we could, They were prompt, efficient, professional and above else knew how to maximize the truck's space to fit EVERYTHING in. Hayden and his crew moved us from one small apartment to another. Other movers were suggesting 5 hours and $700+ but Hayden's quote was significantly less, and was both reasonable and realistic for what I needed. He quoted me what it would take to move a small apartment because it was a fair price and the time needed to do the job, vs the other movers who are just taking advantage of people. Best of all, it was a perfect move. They were professional, and were very careful with every box and piece of furniture, no matter how big or small. There was no damage to anything. When I met him, it was clear that Hayden knows what he's doing, works with an experienced crew, and cares about doing a good job. Hayden was very responsive from my first call to him. We communicated via phone once, text a few times, and he emailed me the quote when I asked for it. Important to note: Hayden is both the business owner and a mover, so if you are trying to reach him and he doesn't answer immediately, it's because he's moving someone! Highly recommend Hayden and his small but mighty team. They handled our items with care, worked efficiently, got the job done, kept our newly painted walls in pristine condition, and maintained a great attitude throughout the whole process. I don't know how they do it. We moved our 2 bedroom within San Francisco and included packing. Tip: if you're adding packing and have collected a lot of stuff, requesting a 4th guy is worth it. There's not a ton of communication ahead of time, but they're likely busy moving someone else - trust the process. Total pros at a reasonable price, and really nice guys to boot. First let me say these guys (Hayden and Fred) are not only amazing but also very efficient!! Now for the details, when we called we had a ton of questions and a bunch of different requests, and each time was met with a helpful and thoughtful response (they even un mounted our tvs)!! During the move, they made it feel more personal than transactional, we talked about everything under the sun. Highly recommend these guys! Our realtor referred them to us, and I'm glad we took his advice. Seriously, they are workhorses. Everything was packed meticulously, and arrived safely. They helped us with our move..they were on time and worked hard ..they brought blankets etc to wrap our fragile stuff. What ever we have unpacked...everything has reached properly and intact...they took longer than we had anticipated although they were 3 of them working continuously..so it did work out more expensive than we had calculated. Due to the raving reviews about this company I decided to book them for our full packing and move recently. They were very responsive and helpful at first and then it was completely impossible to reach them. They didn't send me any kind of official quote or contract, and up until one week prior to the move I did not even know what time they were coming.
