Review of Bayram Usta Restaurant in Ankara
During my trip to Ankara, I wanted to experience authentic Turkish cuisine, and I discovered Bayram Usta. This restaurant not only delivered on its promise of amazing food but also offered a cozy and charming environment steeped in tradition. The traditional decor, featuring vintage radios and beautifully displayed metal dishes, added a nostalgic and authentic touch to the ambiance, making the experience even more special.
We ordered three dishes:
* Yaprak Kebap
* Yaprak Tava
* ÇOP Si$
Before the main course, we were served a selection of mazzeh (appetizers), which were fresh, flavorful, and a great way to start the meal.
When the main dishes arrived, they exceeded all expectations. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and the meat was incredibly tender and well-prepared. Each bite was a celebration of Turkish culinary artistry--a true feast of tastes.
To finish off this delightful journey, we ordered Turkish tea and a dessert of Baklava, which came with a creamy, delicious ice cream filling. It was the perfect sweet ending to a remarkable meal.
The combination of exceptional food, warm service, and the nostalgic decor makes Bayram Usta a must-visit restaurant in Ankara. I strongly recommend visiting this gem at least once. It's more than just a meal--it's a culinary and cultural experience you won't forget! read more
