That said.... I went on a tour to see how this place was because I had heard so many great things about it. It was like a dream come true for me. If you are a Tech person then you would love this place. However, this place is for kids/teens. They provide camps throughout the year teaching them valuable skills that could eventually land them jobs as entrepreneurs, Google workers, the list goes on. I love how they're giving our youth things to do, actual things that bring benefit to the youth. The set up in there is so very inviting and the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. I only gave a 4 star because of the hidden location. I had to use my navigation to find the place. Anyway, if you have kids, nieces or nephews interested in Tech, send them there ASAP!

But if your kids love being challenged and love the outdoors, this is where you want them. My son is going to camp here for the seventh summer in a row and there is no place he would rather be. Our daughter loved being a camper here so much the five summers that she came here that she is spending this summer as a counselor. The kids stay busy doing things like tubing on Carter Lake, rafting, swimming, horseback riding in addition to playing amazing tribal games. But there is also a focus on spending time with God and how important that is for us. The counselors and staff are simply amazing. They are fun and full of energy and love and compassion. I could not recommend this camp more highly. It is truly magnificent.

Camp Skyline is a Christian all girls camp located in northeast Alabama on Lookout Mountain. My…read morewife spent many months researching camps that offered a variety of activities including some out of the box that include; Circus, yes, circus including all kinds of high wire activities, manners and modeling, golf, Bible study, cooking are just some. This will be our oldest daughter's sixth year and our youngest her fourth. Sessions are two weeks, not too long and not to short. We have found the staff and counselors really interested in the girls. Skyline is nearly 300 miles from our home and requires an over night stay going and coming but we feel worth the effort. Our girls consider it an important part of summer, they look forward to, they shop for it and they hate to leave when it is over. It has been a great experience for them in meeting and making new friends. None of their local friends attend so they meet girls from other places and learn about their lives. They learn how to live in close quarters with other folks that might be different from you. Costs are in line with other summer camps. We feel our girls are in good hands and will come back better people for the time spent there.

With 1 it was not very comfortable & you could feel the wood bellow. The food isn't bad it is just not my favorite. The activities are soooo fun. It's a great way to make new friends & the staff are very involved. Last but definitely not least is the wave pool & slides. The wave pool is sooo fun, the waves get so high! I would recommend the younger kids might need to have a parent with them because the waves get really high & hard! The slide is super fun & smooth so it doesn't hurt, but at the end you will more than likely have a wedgy! The view is amazing & so pretty! At night you can see the stars perfectly clearly & they are beautiful! This was a very nice place.

Events include caving, zip lining, river rafting, etc. Lots of games and activities and of course prayer and services daily. My daughter has made life-long friends and camp is always the highlight of her summer. The folks running it are fantastic and the camp counselors are usually ones that came to camp every summer and grew up loving it. I would highly recommend them. They are planning expansion and more investment this year and going forward.

It's called Haley Brown's Outpost. Haley Brown is a former teacher from the school. This learning area is where a restoration project for waterways and wildflowers is located and studied through various forms. Students learn all about the streams in Chattanooga, as well as nature and flowers. It is aptly named Red Bank Elementary School Stream Team. This outdoor learning area called 'Haley Brown's Outpost' is uniquely one-of-a-kind.
