I recall going here right out of high school back in 1996. Although I didn't graduate at that time, it was a great place to go to allow me to transition from high school to college life. I've since earned a B. S. from another local school but Cleveland State is where I started. With the programs that CSCC offers and the emphasis that Tennessee places on higher education, if you live in the Cleveland area, there's no excuse for you to not be taking a class or two each semester. Even if you're not trying to earn a degree, the offered courses will still help you in your career or help you change a career. Stop by and talk to a counselor.

The advisors have no idea what they are doing, and do not help you plan or set up your classes to help you have a plan or teach you how to navigate college. Their business office is completely ridiculous and will have you running all over the place giving you the wrong information, that changes every time you talk to someone different. The financial aid office is probably the worst department in the whole school. Not one person in the place knows anything, and they wont let you speak with anyone who does. Forget about reaching out for help if you are taking a Tn ecampus class, there is no help, and no one at the school will help you. No matter how many emails you send, no matter how many times you go up to the school, no matter how many times you call. CSCC is notorious for giving students and parents the run around. I would recommend driving to Chattanooga and attending Chattanooga state if you are planning to attend community college.

It's called Haley Brown's Outpost. Haley Brown is a former teacher from the school. This learning area is where a restoration project for waterways and wildflowers is located and studied through various forms. Students learn all about the streams in Chattanooga, as well as nature and flowers. It is aptly named Red Bank Elementary School Stream Team. This outdoor learning area called 'Haley Brown's Outpost' is uniquely one-of-a-kind.

Yesterday I was at the club and to my disappointment I was extremely badly treated by your receptionist. When I arrived I said I wanted to join, she simply threw the folder on the counter and went to see another customer. I was waiting. When she finished with another client she gave me a scornful look and I said I needed a pen. As I sat down and started reading about how the club works and fees, the receptionist started screaming, yes screaming, I felt like I was inside a mc Donald's. When I turned around, startled, she said she needed my credit card. I asked why. She said to make sure I could pay for club membership. I felt extremely offended. I believe I have been a victim of prejudice for being from another country. Because the other customer who was American was very well treated. Xenophobia, racism are a crime. After... When I sent a message to the manager/director explaining what happened, he just apologized for what happened and said that the reception has a lot of work and he would like to apologize for the receptionist not giving me the attention I expected. However when my husband sent a message introducing himself, we received a response with a huge explanation, countless apologies, and even promises. I recommend everyone of different ethnicity to stay away from this club.
