I had to raise a stink. I'm not one for making a scene, but there was no way that I was paying for defective machines. The staff member the ended up giving us a decent discount. While I try to find something positive, the French fries and drinks were tasty. Hence the second star. I that's too busy to keep up with customer service as we had to wait a long time for food and drinks to come. . Benrath bowling center is much better with attentive staff and working lanes. If there's a problem, it's taken care of immediately. It is a huge establishment with different ways of keeping people amused. While it is expansive on the inside, the parking lot is not. Be ready to wait for an opening.

First time here and we were disappointed. The place is very dated, things are not in good shape…read morewherever you look, clearly everything is old, slowly falling apart and not even clean. They offer a lot of options for different activities and I'm sure it's fun for kids. But I will go out of my way to try another place for some of the sports they offer. Plus for what it is, it's way overpriced.
