On Labor Day long weekend I got a speeding ticket with points. Long story short, the Social Security administration misplaced almost 5 years of filings. Instead of trying to work with me to find them, they simply had a massive lien placed. I was terrified. It took almost 6 months to finally find who lost our filings.
