I say this because there are constant repairs that encroach on personal life and well being. Especially the plumbing. So beware, if you plan to live on a ground floor apartment. oh yeah, did I mention I fell on loose pavers and sprained my knee? If the scare of a sewer back up (or mold) doesn't scare you away (make sure your renters insurance includes floods!). Imagine absolutely no privacy! The structure of this building is a fishbowl. You cannot pick your nose (that is gross) without someone seeing you. This leads to a prying environment. Ironically, we ran into a previous tenant and they describe these spectators as "old clams". It was the perfect juxtaposition LOL! All in all, if you are a young professional, move downtown or atleast Gulfport. The waterfront views are only great for a short time. Soon you will get stir crazy!

After he busted out my simple sand filter and installing the this truly (labor intensive) filter which the customer must pull apart and clean every few months, it turned out the whole time the issue was with a clogged pool pump. I was sold a $900 filter that I did not need, but had no choice now because the technician busted up my old sand filter. In short, I would not trust this company to change my cat litter box. Do not use them.!! If possible, I would give this company a "no star" rating...Stay away from this company at all costs.
