She totally went beyond the call of duty and was able to get Patsy approval for things that she normally could not get without the help of Ellen. The office support of Rene and Pendo were also very helpful! Now my mother in law is in hospice care after Patsy had only passed away for 4 months. Since Patsy is her only child, I have been taking care of her affairs. Due to the great experience with Patsy, we went with "Caring Like Family" again. Both of my kids had their blood drawn in less than 10 minutes total, which is unbelievable for children that young. One poke & she gets it done. Calm, confident, gentle, & extremely professional. She is always punctual, on time, & professional, which I truly appreciate as a parent. I love everything about this service A through Z. I will never again try to schedule appointments at labs, sit in waiting rooms, or expose my kids to sick people just to get their annual blood work done. With the help of a wonderful senior placement specialist I saw quite a few places and eventually decided on Ivy Park. It is a very nice clean facility, and I was happy with how their memory care was designed and managed, and also importantly it was close to home so we could visit easily and often. I put a deposit down and patiently waited. My father was placed in just a few months. Any great facility is going to be busy and full, right? Well, my guardedly hopeful and optimistic initial feelings were very soon reassured by how fantastically caring and dedicated I found the entire staff to be. Each and every person who I came across was so warm and hard working. Occasionally some issues would arise from my father's dementia that were not easy, but they always managed with grace and kindness. The fire department and like seven others came into the room 9 of them attacking me the client for no reason. Then Kay or Karen who runs the place yelled at me and the firemen lied to the nurse assistant that I called her a bi*tch lol when I didn't call her that they tried to hold me back from leaving the elevator and it was all a mess to make sure that they were not sued for my client from falling in the facility. THEY ARE PATHETIC DON'T TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE TO STAY THEIR BULLIES AND LIARS. They don't care about clients they only care about covering their butts!
