Owner of this buisness is a liar and will let someone go at the drop of a hat. He will tell a potential employee anything they want to hear. He dropped 100% paid insurance and a hour later was heard whistling and singing through the shop.........
The management team is extremely unprofessional. They are a crew of yes and company men. They will sell there machinists out any chance they get.
When there are holiday paid days they will only pay the straight rate for anything worked over 40 hours. Extremely unethical.
Paid holidays have been threatened to be taken away.
Morale in the company is extremely low due to the above mentioned things and many more. There are machinist with 30 years experience to 1 year experience and there all scared there jobs not gonna be there tomorrow.
This is not a good place to work anymore is what u hear from seasoned vets of the company. Many (5) have already left and moved on.
Machinists are expected to manage there jobs, order material, cut material, set up jobs, run jobs, log in and out of multiple jobs through out the day, clean there parts, debur parts, tap parts, check all required dims, have parts approved by QC and if it takes to long, hassle the QC dept throughout the day. read more
