The car I got after my Honda Pilot

Whoever inspected these cars needs to be put on the DEATH PENALTY!!! I bought a 2014 maroon Honda Pilot ($15,000) from this place and only 1 week in, the entire engine STOPPED WORKING then 2 more weeks and we had to scrap the car after the TRACTION CONTROL STOPPED WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD and we ran into 2 other cars. $15,000 car down in three weeks, CLOSE THE DEALERSHIP FOR GOOD. The picture is of the car I got after

Chrysler of Culpeper

Just bought our brand new 2020 Pacifica from Chrysler of Culpeper today! It was our 4th purchase…read moreof a Dodge product but first time at CoC. I have mostly positive things to say and then a few typical items to share: 1). The good Wyatt was our salesperson and at only 21 yrs old sold us his 13th car for the month of June! He was a damn fine salesperson and he felt like very low pressure and relaxed with us. There was no sense of stereotypical salesman pushiness or arrogance. We enjoyed this young man alot... we recommend visiting him for a decent buying experience! In addition, the sales process was relatively easy and they worked well with our needs and requests. We walked away with the vehicle we wanted and with the monthly payment we needed. 2). The typical There were two cars that were identical and priced $700 apart due to "battery replacement" on the more expensive one. Think what you will of this. Sales manager was nice enough and we enjoyed working with him. But, when it came to looking at the extended warranty, the price was always his best price... until he "shifted things around" and found us like 3 more best prices. We were almost convinced to buy one but remembered that companies are ALWAYS offering extended warranties because they want your business, so we will wait and purchase elsewhere. Just seemed shady. Lastly, the wait on the sales manager to crunch their numbers is mind numbing and stupid. Folks, we have computers in 2020 and things should go faster. This is why people goto Carmax! All in all... we bought our vehicle here because it was friendly, local, competitive and we enjoyed Wyatt!

Their entire staff was EXCELLENT! Emily (and Autumn) were there with absolute transparency in all communication, keeping me updated throughout my buying process. I think I speak for most people when I say we've all had negative experiences with car dealerships. The team at Chrysler of Culpeper have restored my faith! I sincerely want to thank everyone who treated me so well, and I won't hesitate to send my friends and family their way. Grade: A+

I've always been told to never bring my car to a dealership for service - they are known for…read moreripping you off. Battlefield Toyota's service center breaks that stereotype - and then some! Every time I bring my Nissan to Battlefield, they only charge me for what I need - no heavy sales pitches and upcharges. Once, I even brough my car in because a branch had been lodged in the undercarriage. I got there right as they were about to close, so they gave me a loaner vehicle until they could check it out. Lo-and-behold - no damage and NO CHARGE. They treat their customers as a service center should - with complete respect. I must add the bonus of all bonuses - the free massage chairs in the waiting center! Who doesn't love getting a free massage while they wait for their oil change?! They also provide free water and coffee in a clean and well-appointed waiting room. I am moving an hour away soon, but I plan on continuing to use Battlefield Toyota for my regular maintenance and service. It's worth the drive!

Battlefield Toyota is topnotch! Im writing to give an shoutout for the outstanding customer…read moreservice I received from the Battlefield Toyota Service Department--especially Robby Allen. From start to finish, Robby went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, transparency, responsiveness, and genuine care set a gold standard for customer service. It's rare to encounter someone who not only excels at their job but clearly takes pride in making customers feel valued and confident every step of the way. Robby's attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to excellence turned what could have been a routine service visit into a truly positive experience. Battlefield Toyota is fortunate to have someone of Robby's caliber on their team. Because of Robby, I will absolutely continue to trust Battlefield Toyota for my service needs and will enthusiastically recommend both the dealership and Robby Allen to others. Thank you for such an exceptional experience.
