Worst experience I've ever had. We bought a car from these people back around December 2012. They were extremely high pressure, and promised us everything under the sun; they stand behind everything, promise no issues with the car ect... At the dealer it was dark, night time, and the car looked great on their poorly lit lot. When we got home in the morning there were clearly sighs the car had been hit. multiple dents that went unnoticed by us originally. My fault for not being more diligent I guess, but they were sure quick to assure us that the car had never been in an accident. They refused to take any steps to help us remedy the situation and basically told us it wasn't their problem any more. Nothing you can do as a consumer but live and learn. Well, here we are a few months later and I get a flat. On the side of the road I find out that they sold us a car without a working jack and the wrong spare tire. They had put a spare tire that clearly wasn't suited for the car, and basically jammed it into the trunk compartment. This dealership doesn't care about you, and has no problem leaving you on the side of the road as long as they make a sale. STAY AWAY!! read more

I was very impressed with my salesman Will Beveridge for my recent purchase of Fusion Hybrid SE. While I have a general deep loathing of sales people in general I, much to my pleasant surprise, never got the "sale over the person" sleazy vibe. I was very challenging in the questions I had over 3 different variants of each three different vehicles I was looking at. Will took it in stride, show genuine care in answering questions, and had a down to earth personality while doing so. I, from my personal experience, cannot validate any comments made in "Bonnie C's" post which I read prior to going to look at vehicles. Then again, by the content of the post, I am not of the same caliber as "Bonnie C". So if you are a critical person with character flaws who loathes human interaction then you should avoid Battlefield Ford. If you are a critical person with character flaws who enjoys human interaction then Battlefield Ford will serve you well. Finally, the most important thing about my experience is that I truly believed in the sincerity of the handshake I received. Call me old school but I that is important. read more

I have been going to Battlefield Ford for a number of years and will continue to do so. The staff is amazing. Adam Powell is my go-to guy for anything and everything and when he was not available Cody was able to step in and meet the level of professionalism I had come to know. The Managers, Greg and Melissa are incredibly skilled at their jobs and are quite pleasant to work with. To top if off the finance crew is top notch. Amy and Scott are ridiculously good at their jobs. If you're not a Ford fan now, just wait until you work with this group of folks. You will never want to go to another dealership. I know I won't. Many thanks to this awesome group of people who are more like friends than anything else. You guys are excellent. Oh and if you need a laugh, Mr. Fay is the man to speak too. We shopped around for about a month in the state of Virginia and Maryland. We looked at locally owned dealers and "volume" dealers. Price initiated the sale but the following are what prompted us to go with complete the business transaction with Battlefield: 1. Battlefield and other dealers went through my wife first. I did not want to do business with someone that doesn't respect my wife or treats her in a stereotype that occurs during car sale transaction. Battlefield was respectful, upfront and kind. Adam and Melissa were great and I would reach back out them again as my first choice when purchasing another vehicle 2. They were upfront about what Internet pricing entails and what those prices reflect. 3. There were lots of back and forth requests for information and pricing. They were quick to respond and patient/kind when items we requested simply were not feasible 4. Great facilities. read more

I don't know what planet the previous poster lives on - in fact I think he probably works for Battlefield !! This dealership totally stinks - I would never again purchase a vehicle from them - and go out of my way to discourage anyone from even considering them. The service manager is a total dickhead and Gary Faye the owner is equally so. They only care about you until they get your money and when there is a problem they think you are nothing but trouble for them. The sales team was very polite and there was no pressure. The sales manager showed me all the numbers and I was very pleased. Bought a used car from Cody and it was a very pleasant experience. I live about an hour away and had to pick up the car on his day off, but he made sure another salesperson had my keys ready for an easy pick up.
