And you know what, that's what this guy did here. He put all his eggs into batteries and he knows his stuff. First, let me tell you about this place. I had no idea it was an actual business. I had driven past it many times and just thought that it was either something from a bygone era or a storage facility for some other company that dealt with batteries. I had no clue this was an actual place to buy batteries of all sorts. You may think that this looks like a garage from the outside, and you would be right and for good reason. When I say he deals with nothing but batteries, I mean all types of batteries. That includes vehicle batteries and I believe they are installed in house. I walked in after my search for a battery elsewhere did not pan out. I told the gentleman what I needed. He grabbed one and I asked if this would be the same as the one the appliance I needed it for. Just to be sure he did a quick look up on his computer to make sure the two were interchangeable. He went the extra mile to put me at ease, that's how you get customer's, treat them well and they will return and tell other people about the place. I went home and replaced the batteries that were dead for so long and it was nice to have the one appliance back up and running. As we are looking over what they had to offer a sales associate approached to ask if we needed any help. We took him up on it and he discussed the items he had that we might be able to use. I'm not completely sure, but I think that the guy helping us could have been the store manager for how helpful he was. He guided us through the items, completed the purchase, and even came outside to help make sure we put the item in the car correctly. Even allowed for me to use the restroom inside since I was in need. He even was able to help my brother with a question for a part. Pretty amazing since there was not a computer in front of him. He was able to tell us the rough price and how long it would take for them to get the item in if needed.
