Broke screen on my I phone 7. They fixed it, did several other things toget it up to speed and it was like a new phone when I got it back. I wish I could leave a good review, I really do, but I can't. They are fast and convenient.....but. Two separate visits and times, two different phones the same problems accrues. Took wife's iPhone 8 plus in for new battery and screen. Got phone back and the screen goes black from time to time. You can't call out or receive calls. Ended up going back several times to fix the problem, they finally replaced screen and said the wrong screen was used thus blocking the optic sensor. Second phone the same thing happened and after several trips they replaced the screen and claimed they got in a bad batch of screens. I had to remind them of the same problem a few years earlier for them to go further and do more to solve the problem. I think these guys are in over their heads on the technical side with IPhones. After replacing the replacement screen the phone is still doing it from time to time. They have basically rendered a good workable IPhone to not be useable. We will have to make an appointment with the Apple Store to fix their problem. I've learned my lesson. No More Batteries Plus. read more

To enjoy the volume of business this place gets, it is pricey, slow and incredibly unconcerned about doing anything in a professional manner. If there is even one person in front of you be prepared for an hour wait. If any company were to compete head to head with them they would go out of business. Very disappointing customer service, I should have known immediately. There was a line of customers and the one guy working in the floor was talking away on the phone as if customers waiting were non existent. After the wait, my iPad with a cracked screen was taken . I was told "good news we have multiple ipad techs working they may get it back tonight" of course I didn't!!!! infact it took almost a week!!!! I had to call to find out if was ready. I subsequently picked it up. About 4 days later the Home Screen button "slipped under" the screen I literally used it 4 times. I then went back. The same guy tells another new employee "this is why we want passcodes to test it". I immediately reminded him we tested it before I took it home. He had a half a$$ed condescending apology. I subsequently got it back again after 3 days . This time he tells me it wasn't glued properly but now it should be fine. Meanwhile the button appeared to be very off center. Sure enough it "slipped under" again. Done dealing with this store, the guy with the mustache is both condescending and loud. I took it to their competition (CPR) was fixed in hours properly. I've bought a lot of Batteries from them in the past, even stuck with them after they sold me a battery with the polarities reversed that fried the electric system on one of my vintage motorcycles. I stopped in to the Wade Hampton store in Greer to have a battery topped off with acid and charged and was treated like crap... it didn't matter how many batteries I'd purchased in the past, refused to even look me up in their system to see that I had been a loyal customer. Customer service is everything, the don't care, not loyal to their customers so I will be buying my batteries somewhere else for now on. read more

I took my daughters iPad to get fixed on September 16 and was informed that it would be done by last Sunday. Fast forward to today when I called for the eighth time and they informed me that it was not fixed and it had a faulty screen. There is no communication with this place at all. Tomorrow is my daughters birthday and I have nothing to give her for her birthday because of this. Do not take anything to the store. Oh I forgot to add when I got home with the iPad they put it back together and the screens not even coming on now and the guy Dylan that worked in the store decided he could talk to me like a dog. Not only did they really my child's birthday they also broke her iPad completely. I will be getting a lawyer for this. read more

Not my first pick. They don't use good parts for iphones and have even made my phone worse. They replaced the charging port but them my microphone stopped working. Then they screen went out and they replaced it but it's always has this flicker to it and it's not as responsive as it once was. In short don't use these guys. read more

UPDATE... The area manager who was a total pleasure to deal with today which was a huge relief! He refunded the costs of my repairs and also is covering the deductible for a new phone from my insurance so I'm happy with the outcome atleast. -------- CONSUMER BEWARE- ADVICE NEEDED!!! First off, NEVER EVER take your cell phone to be repaired to Batteries Plus Bulbs on Wade Hampton Blvd. They aren't even certified in anything I've since learned and teach each other in store how to repair your expensive device! Second, I took my phone there for a display replacement and when returned the speaker no longer worked. When people called me I had to put it on speakerphone in order for them to hear me, so the top speaker was broken but the bottom one used for speakerphone still worked atleast. I took it back for that to be looked at a SECOND TIME and then they returned it without the speakerphone on the Bottom working anymore either and now claim they didn't touch it. How is THAT possible?!?! I didn't sign any of the traditional paperwork the second time which would have absolved them of responsibility for yet again breaking my phone. Since they clearly don't know what they're doing, they forgot that part of the process. So I took it back a THIRD time and now they refuse to even try to get the bottom speaker atleast to work again. What good is a phone if you can't talk on it?! Has anyone had this kind of thing happen and, if so, what did you do? This is only a small part of their failures... I dont even know where to start on everything else! Geezus this is the worst customer experience Ive ever had in my life... Literally PAID THEM to render my phone useless for its primary function! On a final note, I'll admit I'm not the best with my phones but this was a phone that had never been touched before this incident. However if the moment arises that you actually do need your phone fixed instead of broken I highly recommend Staymobile in Downtown Greenville who make miracles happen in their store and always put the customer first! My Girlfriend took her phone into this place to get the screen repaired. They did a great job on the repair. I believe the price was around $80 and they got the repair done in just a couple hours. After getting the repairs done we noticed a few things up with her accounts on the phone. Her Facebook had been gone through and multiple inappropriate pictures were liked while the phone was in the store. Also when she got the phone back and clicked on her "photos" app. The first album that popped up was her "deleted photos". I'm not sure what pervert does their repairs, but it was obvious that they were looking for things they can't get on their own. read more
