Great service, terribly unreliable. They cancel about half the time I schedule them. When they do show up they do an amazing job. But I needed someone the day after Christmas and they cancelled, no explanation.

Very satisfied with the service received. Had a few heath issues that prevented me from cleaning my place. The dust bunnies were threatening to take ove the place. In stepped Batmaid. My request for an English speaker (my French is horrible) but after a couple of cleanings, which were done perfectly, in came Montserrat. What a blessing this woman was! Friendly, efficient...just a fantastic person overall! The only negative thing I can pinpoint is a hiccup with billing once but a phone call straightened it out quickly. I would, and do, heartily recommend this service to anyone! read more
