Great service, terribly unreliable. They cancel about half the time I schedule them. When they do show up they do an amazing job. But I needed someone the day after Christmas and they cancelled, no explanation. Ils sont supers... quand ils viennent. Ils annullent souvent, sans explication. On ne peut pas compter sur eux. J'avais besoin de quelqu'un le jour après noël, ils ont annulé, a savoir pourquoi.... Les 2 fois qu'ils ont envoyé quelqu'un, elles ont fait un travail manifique. Poor cleaning and then batmaid offered only 1 of 4 hours that were paid as compenation. Paid for 4 hours but the bathrooms were not cleaned at all, only basic vacuuming. Maybe took 30 minutes to do. Poor customer service. Back to independents, at least you do not have to pay up front. read more
