I recently found myself in some legal trouble, a spot no one wants to be in. I recieved over a…read moredozen solicitations from firms eager to take my money. I had no experience using a lawyer and had no idea how to choose one. So I looked at reviews. Mark had a high rating, and people spoke well of him. I called and talked to several firms to learn about how they worked, what their rates were, and how payments would be structured. I found Mark to be very reasonable financially, and liked how he structured his billing systems. But what sold me was my initial conversation with Mark. He seemed genuinely concerned for me and my situation, and gave me more information and advice ( for free, by the way) during that initial conversation than any other firm. Mark knows the law well. It is difficult to explain just how much he did for me without disclosing too much about my case, but I lost track of how many things I was unaware of, that he not only brought to my attention, but took care of for my benefit. He got some charges dropped, some reduced, he contested things from my past and got them removed from my record. He made me aware of everything I needed to do, told me how to do it, and and made sure it was done. He contacted agencies on my behalf, drafted letters and knew the right people to call when my attempts went unheeded. Ultimately, I feel like Mark genuinely cared about me, and what happened to me. And I get the feeling he does the same for all of his clients. He is a good man, and I will actually miss meeting with him, we got along very well. While I hope I never require Marks services again, if I ever find myself in trouble, he IS my lawyer.

I told her I would add it up myself to save her time and me money. Then she changed her mind and told me I needed a single document from my employer stating my overtime, which my employer could not provide. They told me to just add up the overtime myself. I told Jenny this. She then flat out told me that she will not claim my overtime unless I gave her a single document from my employer stating my overtime, and my pay stubs were not acceptable. She then told me I will not get a deduction from my overtime. Using FreetaxUSA all I had to do was insert a dollar amount for my overtime. I was able to deduct another $200 thanks to FreetaxUSA accepting my overtime claim. I paid $0 for Federal and $15.99 for state on FreetaxUSA. Jenny would've charged me $300. Most important, he knows what he is doing and why he is doing what he is doing. My acquaintance with him was through a good friend of mine that had a serious legal matter. During the handling of the matter, Joe''s mannerism and methodology were impeccable. His focus on the legal matter was frozen in and he persisted that we do that same. After the matter was closed, I stated to my friend that if Joe had not been the attorney handling the case, the out come would have been totally negative and ruinous. My friend and i could not have been more pleased and thankful for what he accomplished.
