Horrific customer service. Visited at the start of June to have a simple bathroom refit organised. Decided that getting the bath store to do everything would make my life simple and hopefully give me a bathroom that I could trust to have been fitted correctly. After 3 months and 4 install survey visits I was told on the (very delayed) day that the installation was supposed to start that the price I had paid was only 50% of the total price. They struggled to source an install team, products were not delivered according to the agreed schedule and there was a complete absence of customer service. As a customer I do not expect to be having to chase two parts of the same organisation to get them to speak, nor do i expect to have a to repeatedly provide corrections to plans that are provided. They may be ok if all you want is a basic sink but if your requirements involve anything more complex than a tap then steer well clear read more
