For those Cardiff residents looking to expand their playing circles, Rules of Play also has an oft-updated Facebook page, in addition to an interactive forum. We got our 4 year old son a little car that has a trailer on the back, and it even came with a tiny horse. The store was packed full of people, and so was the little exhibition! The Exhibition is quite small but there are lots of buttons to press to make the trains go. One of the trains being Thomas the Tank Engine.
