Started our generator project on May 5th by choosing Kilowatt Electric for Kohler generators. Paid 75% of costs on May 5th for a June 18th installation, about a 6 week wait for delivery & installation. As of August 22nd we still did't have an operational generator, it was installed on July 31st. Without the code that kohler provides to the installing electrician/authorized dealer it's not operational. We are now about 13k into the project and 16 weeks since initial deposit. Very disappointed. Received code on August 26th, generator is operational. Jourdan still has follow up work to complete.
