I don't think it's ok for a man to yell at a woman. Nor do I agree with him that it's ok for anyone to park in a HC spot if they don't have HC plates or placard. Put your money where your values are. If you have anyone in your life who needs a HC spot, then you'll understand why I disagree with his inappropriate behavior. I believe the owner owes me an apology.
