He did not hit any standard of a lululemon employee. I was very polite and still, I had to ask multiple times for items and was not checked up on, not even once. The blonde lady working the register, seemed to be the manager; when I told her my dissatisfaction with the service her response was "that's just Colton" and laughed instead of providing a "how can we fix this?" question.
