With EECU, I am able to make check and cash deposits directly into my OC credit union account and the funds are available immediately. This branch is centrally located and easy to access. The employees are always friendly and helpful, although they could use more tellers during peak times. Don't let the long lines scare you away because the line moves quickly.

At one point it seemed like we had found a solution, but nothing has actually been fixed--and now I'm once again without access to my own card. What makes this even more frustrating is that no one has been able to clearly explain what's going on. My card keeps autocorrecting to an expired date, which prevents me from using it while I wait for the replacement. Every time I've asked for clarification, I'm met with uncertainty or inconsistent answers. I've tried to get in touch with Ellen, the EVP, hoping someone at a higher level could actually help, but I haven't been able to reach her. At this point, I'm out of options and extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and support. I'm posting this in hopes that Fast CU takes this seriously and improves how they handle situations like this, because the experience so far has been unacceptable.

I call and get the when I call I get it the recording select this or that. I can't get to the bank manager to resolve this issue. Going to the bank, I hav to stand in line to see a teller first. Depending on the line I may wait a while. Then have to wait again. With such an urgent matter, we shouldn't have to wait and wait again.
