Our dog was welcome as well and we ordered two beer and a cheese / meat cut plate. Some aperitif was served complementary, which was nice (no hidden charges on the bill). It is a very relaxing cafe with nice views. There are a good number of tables inside as well and a nice-looking menu. Service was friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good. Nowhere near the best plates we've had on this trip (talk about Re-Mida in Lecce), but good enough and fair priced. Together with its location it deserves the four stars. It all came together at 28 Euros. Wherever you eat, just don't miss out on this lovely town!

The castle is absolutely gorgeous! This is a must-do in the area. The medieval meal was a lot of fun, what I can remember. They had entertainment to include fire breathers. They had swords you could play with for fun photo ops. They food was great! It came with a bread bowl soup, wild boar pasta, pork shank and a lemon curd pastry.

The bath had a barrel vaulted ceiling and gold foil walls with a deluxe five point shower. The king bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast was served in a lovely courtyard-side room with vaulted ceilings covered in fresco paintings. Great cappuccinos. Charming to say the least.
