I don't really review chain spots of any kind because there's simply no point, unless there's a special reason. This one had a special reason: it is the first Baskin-Robbins I've run into that has custom popsicles available for purchase. Maybe a few others have it, but I know the one by my house does not. This one even has a special Dubai one, and they sell a case of those for 40 bucks. Nice! I got myself a mango popsicle that came with chamoy and Tajin, and I swear I was in heaven for a good 10 minutes as I devoured my newly purchased heavenly treat! Hmmmm, they have plenty of others, and I can't wait to try all of them! They run for about 5 bucks each. Not bad!! Not bad at all!

Best experience I've ever had coming to Baskin Robbins! I've been going my whole life and today I met Anahi and she made the experience 1000 times better! I tried the Dubai Paletas and I wasn't sure which flavor to try. Anahi not only gave the best suggestions but was so personable! Her kindness made my mom and my experience so fun! I tried the Dubai Hazelnut one because I'm a huge chocolate fan! Now I want to come back and try the rest of Anahi's suggestions! Thank you for hiring such an amazing person! I've been feeling down lately and her interaction made me feel so much better

Baskin Robbin's ice cream cake is a family favorite! I stopped by earlier this week looking to pick up a cake for my husband. They had so many cute options readily available! They had different cake and ice cream combinations that it was a bit difficult to choose. I ended up getting the chocolate cake with chocolate chip. The ice cream to cake ratio was magnificent, and I really appreciated that the frosting wasn't overly sweet. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they even made sure the long message that I wanted on the cake would fit.

Nothing to not like about this place. A million years ago I worked at a different BR. Love the sorbets on a hot day.

Well, it's Baskin-Robbins, home of the 31 flavors. I have been to this location several times and have ordered many items on the menu. The staff team are great and always provide suggestions and honest feedback on new flavors, from scoops to splits. My favorite are the milk shakes. I like to mix mine up, always trying something new. Depending on the day and the weather, there is a line doe the creamy goodies or walking right up to the counter to place an order. The place is always clean and always has the classic favorite flavors available. My drawback with most BR31 are the prices. I know prices have risen for mostly everything but a scoop of ice cream shouldn't be damn near $4. Still, this spot has fast service and plenty of the flavors I enjoy

A SUNDAE on a SUNDAY!! -- What better way to Celebrate my May 28th Anniversary move from Cincinnati to Los Angeles! Double Scoop Sundae...Rocky Road & Pralines and Cream...topped with caramel syrup, hot fudge, colorful sprinkles, nuts, whipped cream and of course a cherry! Thanks again to my wonderful hubby for this delicious treat and to the wonderful customer service of Jennifer and Robert at this Baskin-Robbins! Who knew this delightful location was hidden in Burbank?... Nicest Baskin-Robbins we have ever been too!!!

Burbank used to have several baskin-Robbin locations but this one survived the test of time. It's the only remaining branch in Burbank aside from the corporate office. And it's maybe because this location got it right as to cleanliness of the place and consistent excellent and fast service provided by staff. I always love coming to this branch for these reasons.

Stopped by this Baskin-Robbins to grab a couple Ice Cream Quarts. The remodel looks great ! This place is spotless from top to bottom and nicely setup. The two young ladies working today were friendly and offered assistance as soon as I entered. While browsing, it was nice to see all the freezers so organized and well stocked. Aside from the normal scoops and sundaes , you can also find Ice Cream cakes, quarts and bakery treats. Don't forget to Check-In on yelp for 10% off your purchase. I also noticed a sign that Baskin-Robbins has teamed up with DoorDash and Uber Eats for delivery. The current holiday promotion is send one e-gift card of $20 or more in their mobile app , you will get an extra $5 bonus card. Not a bad gift idea. Plenty of parking.

This was a much needed stop on this sweltering day. This was the perfect way to cook down at least a little. Thank you for the fast and friendly service ladies.

This is probably the best Baskin Robbins I have ever stepped foot in. Not only is the ice cream fantastic, it is the cleanest and best looking Baskin robbins I have been too. Usually when you walk in to other Similar stores, they look run down and dirty but this one is the best looking one I have seen. They also got some pretty cool looking cakes which I have to try some day! Glad to know I have my go to Ice cream store now!

God only knows how many times I have passed by this restaurant and have never noticed it until my…read moreson told me about it. Walked in around 12:50pm on 6/29/26 and was greeted by a lovely, sweet lady with a pretty smile by the name of Maddy. She was not only pleasant, but very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the restaurant. Restaurant along with the restroom was very clean. One gender neutral restroom. The restroom had cute black and white photos on the walls. So did the restaurant. Lot's of beautiful touches here and there. As soon as I was ready to place my order, Maddy, got my order right and the food came out pretty quickly, hot, fresh and delicious!!! I ordered their Chicken Pot Pie-filled with white gravy, cooked carrots, peas, and corn. The crust was so fresh that it is so hard to describe. ($10.55), was worth every penny of it!! Then, I also got their Chicken Pesto Sandwich, which came with Mozzarella cheese, greens, tomato on a toasted Sourdough bread. I opted for the fruit instead of the side salad. ($15.25), got their medium size hot decaf. Latte, with Coconut milk($5.75), and for the milk they charged me 0,85 cents extra. (Was not informed about the extra charge for the milk). Finished my meal with a whole size Blueberry/Peach Pie.($41.95). Was a very decent size for a pie. You get what you pay for.. Everything tasted above and beyond my expectations!! Took the pie to go..They have an extensive menu options from coffee/tea, Latte, Espresso, salads, sandwiches, pies, wraps, variety of juices and more.. Street, and metered parking only. Thank you Maddy, Republic Of Pie, Cheyenne(their general manager that was so lovely to talk to) and Mary who brought out my pie and cleaned my table afterwards. Last, but not least..they have a live band playing on the weekends from 6-to 8pm. Next time, I will go there around that time to listen to some live music..

I've only ordered to-go through someone, so I can't speak for ambiance but it's an extremely busy lot, so if you live near & want to enjoy in the comfort of your own home, it may be best to plan ahead, bring ice box, take multiple ppl so one can order/pick up & other can stay in the car if there's no parking. We've tried the mango stinky rice sundae (must order), Thai tea lemonade- basically cha manaow (can skip), mango sticky rice drink (pretty good if you're looking for drink version of the sundae but can be off putting texture to some), Thai tea shaved ice (melted so fast so wasn't very enjoyable), pandan toast (a lil dry but good w gelato), & gelatos: mango (good staple), coconut milk butterfly pea (yummy/creamy perfect w mango sorbet), jasmine matcha (good choice), pandan milk (strong flavor creamy yummy), earl grey Thai tea (top 3), hojicha crunch (#1), & Thai tea coffee (eh ok just coffee). All the gelatos were shining stars it just depends on preference; very thick, flavorful, & creamy. I've tried 3x in the past 2 months but will be back for more~

Do you have any sense?! Anyway, turns out that person was upset that their order got canceled on DoorDash. If that person ever saw the line at Lou's, she'd understand why. Better yet, if she ever tried Lou's, she'd never have the gall to post nonsense like that. If you haven't had it, don't review it. Simple as that. As for ALL of the items at Lou's "Oh, aimé-je" it does NOT get any better. The croissants are hands down the best in America. The sandwiches (all of them): finger-licking good. The éclairs are the most delectable in town, as are the other pastries. And with ALL of that, somehow the best thing is still the customer service. I have yet to walk in there without seeing Lou personally chatting it up with customers, the man is everywhere. On sunny and rainy days he's passing out umbrellas, and on Mother's Day he's handing out wonderful gifts for all the ladies. The staff take their lead from him and are every bit as splendid. Got here early Sunday afternoon because the line was not absurdly long -- about 6 ish parties in front of us and waited around 15-20 minutes. The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Burbank is not necessarily close to where I live but I'm so glad we happened to stop by to finally try this spot out! I'd love to try the sandwiches and tarts next time!

This location is in the heart of Burbank with plenty of street parking. As i walked in, the store was not packed or crowded. Staff were polite and attentive. The drink itself was topped off with a small flan and Ube ice cream scoop. Such a fun drink to enjoy, as you indulge in crunchy flakes, coconut jellies and boba, exploring this drink was nothing but fun for my tastebuds. The Ube ice cream was creamy, rich and delicious, not too sweet. I highly recommend the Halo Halo signature drink, you wont be disappointed. I must come back and try their other specialty drinks.
