Once again i would highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

I also have one tooth that's still sensitive since the procedure, so going to get this mess checked at another dentist and even take legal action if it turns out to be negligence. Et meme que j'ai un dent qui est encore sensible. En ce moment, j'ai un rendez-vous avec un autre dentiste et il se pourrait meme que je prenne que je prenne mes recours legaux si on me confirme que c'etait de la negligeance.

I was recently a patient and very happy overall with the dentist. However, the administrative staff…read moreis another issue entirely. I've now moved away and have requested my dental records 3 times, once in person and twice via email. I was assured in person I would have them the same week. They never came. I've received zero response to my two emails. In contrast, my husband received his two days after his appointment via email. The dentist recommend I go for fillings, but without those x ray's that I already paid for, I will have to pay again and expose myself to additional radiation. If you want to have a competent administrative staff to work with, I do not recommend this office.

Every single visit, no matter what the circumstance or difficulty, was excellent and quite successful. I had my teeth cleaned to perfection after not having gone in 25 years (yes, I know!!). That was a challenge, but it came out beautifully. I had a root canal done, and several other major fixes. Not a single one caused problems afterward. The most urgent problems are being fixed first to save me money in the long run, which I appreciate. What stands out even more to me, though, is Dr. Margossian and her wonderful staff. They are very pleasant, each and every one of them. They know their field of expertise and work hand in hand. It is a light-hearted and very friendly atmosphere that eases your mind. You are not just a number in the contact list of patients. They will remember your name and story, take the time to explain and teach you. I walk out of the clinic (numbly) smiling every time and look forward to my next visit. That is something I would have never thought I would write about a dentist or any doctor. I still have a long journey ahead of me to make up for all the years I have not taken care of my teeth, but I found the right place to do so.
